Installed the TV higher than I asked. I said that is higher than I asked. So they lowered it and charged me another $250. I will never recommend Best Buy to anybody

Guys did a great job installing everything, but I wish I had asked more questions. I didn't realize they set up audio out of the TV without any input to the TV so in order to adjust the speaker I'm going to have to figure out how to setup myself so that I can adjust the speaker

Had the sound fixed on my receiver to run from TV to speakers. My sound on my PS3 is still not right. When I watch a movie the sound is not working fight from the main stars in the movie. Need to have the guy to tell me what I need to change on the settings.

First two visits with geek Squad subcontractor - had problems reconnecting multi room speaker system with new receiver. 3rd trip I asked for real Geek squad staff - they got it working.
