The agent mounted the TV, added the Flex unit. It looked great until he left and we tried to use the Flex, it caused other components to fail. I could NOT get the agent to return. When i called in, not 10 minutes after the agent left, all i got was the run-around. I paid for the Geek Squad, i just hope they are more helpful if/when i need them but i am regretting this purchase

They left me with no literature for any of the products they installed. They said my VHS and cd player would not work with this T.V. And after calling Best Buy I found out that was not true

They didn't know the product or how to work it. They had to read directions to know what to do and then they had problems. I think them would at least read up on product before coming. They were 4 hours late and in a hurry to get to the next appointment not explaining the system or how to work the remote

My 3 remotes are not coordinated,it takes 3 or 4 times on the TV "on" button for the TV to come on, then it goes through the " Samsung Smart TV" set up,sound sometimes garbled, it will shut off and I have to go through the set up again. I would have called for service but I've had 2 service fees for delivery of my TV and sound system in Dec. can't afford another one.

They required payment in advance toconnect a new smart tv to my home theater.They sent a contractor ( not geek squad). After three attempts they did not complete the task but refused to refund my money. I had to pay for a different company to complete the job. Best Buy has still not refunded my money. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

This Sonos arc was not installed. The whole order has been a total mess. The mount for the arc is being delivered 2 days after the arc. The scheduling is the poorest of any company I have purchased from. BB will be at our home three times in one week for one order! Pityfull!

Geek squad told me they could not find studs where TV needed to go and asked me to get a smaller TV to put higher up. Third party guys were sent day after they were supposed to come out and they told me Geek squad was wrong that there are studs there but they needed full swing long armed brackets. I was told they would install the day of my party and this time Geek squad will come out. The home theater manager gave his personal extension but no one came and the manager could not be reached. I had worked the night shift but stayed up waiting. When the manager finally came to work when I called he couldn’t tell me why no one came. I finally went to sleep and had my guests waiting at my door.. all this messed up my party., my reputation with 30 some people who showed up that day for a party
Done one had canceled my TV install order and now it has to be redone as I still need it installed.
Ring Cameras were installed on 12/22-2019 with almost dead batteries which died the 2nd day of installation and I don’t have a charger

The first team to install my sound bar failed to add the HDMI cable in addition to the optical cable. The optical cable provides more certain, high fidelity sound, but the HDMI connection is also necessary to program remote wireless speakers for Surround Sound. Without that basic connection, I could not connect the wireless surround sound speakers and did not know why. A second team understood all this and corrected the basic set up.
