Set up was quick and efficient. They took the time to explain each of the settings, and showed me how to make the adjustments.

The agents installed everything properly and even explained and suggested additional item needed to complete installment.

Got new carpeting and I had to remove all furniture. Stereo was disconnected and speakers disassembled. I bought a new DVD player and Jake from Geek squad came to my rescue and put everything back together again minus all the cords. He installed one cord that took care of everything! Yeah!!

I appreciate that fact he took time to speak with me while getting things set up to make sure it was running correctly.

Very powerful low profile soundbar. Excellent quality and easy to set up

Most recently (December 29, 2021) we had an appointment to install a Samsung Soundbar and a Brother all in one printer. Our visiting Geek Tech Squad member (Edwin Depena) arrived in a timely manner. The agents did a beautiful job installing my LG TV and soundbar. We opted not to keep the soundbar so a member of the Geek Squad (Sean) came over and removed it. He was extremely professional and helped us in every way.

Had a Tv installed and also wanted my audio connected to the sound bar. Geek Squad tech performed the job in a snap. Also tested and adjusted the sound so it worked perfectly with the TV remote. Well worth the price and highly recommended service.

Agent came in and solved our audio system set-up issues in less than an hour. He knew exactly what to do and walked us through the set-up and how to use the system. I would highly recommend using this service to avoid equipment issues and headaches.

In conjuction with the TV setup, the Squad also set up/hooked up our new sound bar and confirmed everything was hooked up and working.

The installation went fine. The rear surround sound speakers do not seem to work. The wifi was not connected to my smart phone and the functions were not explained on the remote or the lights in front of the soundbar. They just seemed to be in a hurry.
