The Geek Squad person was efficient and instructed use in an understanable manner. However after one week the soundbar would not interface with our TV. I called the Geek squad person who had given me his card and both times I called he di not respond. Poor customer service for which I paid obet $200

I was given a service window of 7am-1pm. This person did not show up on time. I called at 1:15pm and talked to a rep. I said I was not available after 2pm. They asked the technician to call me. He called and left a voicemail at 3:40pm. I called back. I could not leave a message; his voicemail box said the mailbox was not set-up and would not allow me to leave a message. Totally useless!!!

This TV was mounted above the treadmill, but the Geek Squad personal couldn't connect it Comcast. Nothing wrong with the mount or the TV, just could watch until I had Comcast come out.

decent installation but hurried and not good explanation to the customer. Some folks (I am one) need better and simpler guidance, and maybe some printed materials for reference.

the teck new less of setting the bose soundbar than me. he did finally got some sound out of it. sounded real bad one speaker was not working at all.$140.00 waste. pulled out system and took back.

The agents have been out Twice to fix the Sound Bar connection. They were very professional and nice people.
Unfortunately they could not completely fix the problem and I had to bring the Sound Bar in to be sent out for repairs . I have a Warranty with the Sound Bar and was
disappointed that I have to wait 5 to 6 weeks for an
answer on the problem and return.

I couldn’t wait for this survey. My geek squad guy was as ornery, nice and nasty as they come, he was horrible. I needed a outlet bar & he told me he only had 20mins to complete this job. I spent $100.00 for 20mins? Kyle or Kevin needs to be let go! He was nasty telling me what I could do just in case he had to leave I hired him I don’t think I will be getting the geek squad again ! I thought I was doing the right thing

The Geek Squad agent did a good job hooking up my new audio receiver to all of my other components. However, after only a few weeks the audio receiver now has to be unplugged from the surge protector every evening then plugged back in the following day because it will not completely shut down. I was told by a Geek Squad agent that the receiver would have to be sent back to the factory for repairs and I would be without it for several weeks. I am NOT a satisfied customer!

Horrible delivery and install team, they never show up on the day of delivery and install. They didn’t even call me to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to deliver my tv and surround sound system as promise. I waited half a day and it was past the schedule time for delivery and install, so I called them. That’s when they told me that they wasn’t able to deliver and install, they didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know. Wasted my day waiting for them.

Two members of the Geek Squad connected a new receiver to an existing in ceiling, multi-zone home sound system. It works great and they explained how to use the new system very clearly.

Agent installed two replacement solar motion detectors. The first two flooded and failed after three months. Two days after installation the two new ones have gone offline. I have messaged/called three times and no response. Solar detectors are not functioning and I don't know if it the equipment or installation. And all this on the fifth installation appointment that was made--first four were no shows.

The set up was a disaster and it wasn’t even geek squad it was a third party had to reschedule 3 times and didn’t even have the correct stuff to install very disappointed

1. The soundbar did not improve the sound of the TV.
2. I had no real place to locate the big bass box that was not expected as it was not explained to me when I bought the associated TV.
3. The Geek Squad did not install the TV and sound bar, as I requested.
4. The TV and sound bar were delivered weeks after the promised date.
