The Geeks did a great job setting up my 55 inch TV, Bose 700 soundbar and 700 subwoofer and full motion wall bracket. They hid the wires with an outlet kit. They knew what they were doing and did a professional and neat job.
They came to install my tv and surround speakers .

After going in the attic numerous times it was decided that the survey team did not do their job well. They encountered several issues and ran out of time to deal with speakers. They did mount the tv, connected it to tuner and existing speakers but not the new ones. It will be rescheduled for Oct. TV's One Connect hub was installed with velcro and fell right off the back of TV. Following day I had to call to have them zip tie it as I originally had asked them to do. Zack and Pree both worked really hard to come up with a resolution. Hopefully they will come back in October. I don't want to go through this ordeal again. The survey team that came a couple of days before should have been the ones to go in the attic to look at the existing ceiling surround speakers. They did not and were glad that they did not have to.They spent maybe 10 minutes looking around, tested the speakers for connectivity, found no issues. Surprised me when the install team found nothing but issues.

Agent arrived exactly on time with a trainee in tow. Was very efficient and set up the soundboard quickly and to my wishes. Offered very good suggestions how to get better results and I agreeded.

The Geek Squad did a great job adding my newly purchased Bose Soundbar and Subwoofer to my new TV. They explained the remote which accesses the systems audio with one button. They also bundled all the exposed wires into a tight neat column. It looks and sounds great.

We have continued to pay for Tech Support and we are so glad we did. We recently purchased a new TV. Since we had this service, they came before delivery to ensure we had the right TV mount and set up. Then they came back and installed the new TV and connected it to our Sonos sound system and hauled away the old TV. Having the Tech Support saved us several hundred dollars. It more than covered the cost of the service. I recommend this service if you have several electronics that will need servicing or installations.

The tech knew the product and was able to set it up in a matter of minutes. He tied in all our sound equipment and then adjusted the level to meet our requirements. He gave us full details on how to operate and resync if we somehow managed to get them out of sync (we did) -- but got them back in sync with just a couple of clicks

The Geek Squad is great. The two techs brought in all of the equipment. TV, Mount, sound bar and speakers. Unboxed all and started the process. When complete they picked up all of the packing and boxes and loaded on there truck for disposable. No mess. All of the controls and functions were explained. Very professional and helpful

Connected along the samsung Qled Tv. The combination is so good. Good quality soud and you can hear when a pin drops, its so clean. I love it.
