Geek Squad did a great job installing my new SoundBar, very professional.

Curt, Chuck and Nick were very professional. Everything worked as well as I could have hoped for. They made sure we understood exactly how the system works and what to expect from each unit. Such a credit to the organization.

Gregory and Patrick were fantastic. Really took their time and explaining issues. Unfortunately after they left I noticed subwoofer was not producing sound.

absolutely useless.... We'd already connected our tv and soundbars, but couldn't get the settings to work properly. But they showed up and said all they would do is connect the system. They couldn't do anything with the settings/configuration. When I said that isn't what I signed up and paid for, they told me that the $4,000 system we bought (which was put together by the store expert) was incompatible. Been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and have been bounced around to 7 different people....

Great for House of Dragons. Not sure about any other applications.

The G Squad integrated Sonos amps into my home audio system as the previous system constantly buffered in and out. Once they set it all up they took time to show us the ins and outs of the new setup. No more issues and easy to use!

We have an older Sony home theater surround sound system. The installation technician, Dave Thomas, was able to connect our new 4K TV to it and it sounds GREAT! He even deactivated the sound control on the TV so that the DirecTV remote controls the volume on the home theater amplifier.

The Geek Squad installed our sound bar to the TV and explained how it worked with the TV.

The agents connected a sound bar to my TV set up in my basement and set up my new stereo system with a turntable in my living room/ dining room. They quick and clean. Also took the time to explain how to operate everything.

This soundbar is much better than the 2 way bar. This I understand has 3 part sound. We wear hearing aids and this really helps divide the voice sound out so we can understand them. I rarely give excellent because nothing is perfect.

Alex came on 7/18/24 to reset the soundbar. The cable had become detached from when the first tech connected it to the tv in May. He also explained the remote and sound bar settings. I did not know where all of the control buttons were and I had shut off the bar by picking it up to dust, not realizing that I was accidentally shutting it off.

The geek squad did a very professional job of setting up the tv assembling the tv stand & the sound bar, my rating is 12 of 10.

The sound bar was working excellently, but I don't feel I'm getting its full benefit. Need a bit more instruction. The upgrade to smart technology is all new to me.

They mounted my T Vand surround system quickly. The TV was mounted nicely on the wall with no cables visible. The surround system is mounted on our ceiling. So far It is working beautiful and I like how it sounds. Thank you Geek Squad.

They went above and beyond work to get my sound bar and my cable connected it took a long time but they never once got frustrated and made sure at work by the time they were done

I had Geek Squad install my Vizio sound bar system to my Vizio TV and I'm glad I did. I didn't want to do it myself and chance doing it wrong. Geek Squad had it completed in minutes and did it right the 1st time. They were also on time and very professional.

The agent installed my Sonos sound bar to my Samsung tv and programmed both to work from my remote. Looks good and sounds great. I’m very happy with this purchase.
