Sound bar installation and tv check. Robert was the Geek Squad rep. He knows tons!! Has installed both of my flat screen tv's and the wall mounts. On time, polite, patient, and a great Geek Squad employee.

Geek Squad did a smooth job of connecting this. However, it may have been better if they could talk me through so that tomorrow if I move I can do this myself.

This was not a soundbar set call it was why doesn't the new Samsung Q85 TV not recognized the existing Samsung soundbar on the HDMI port? The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were unable to diagnose the TV's issue but stated they had seen the issue before. They explained the only option was to connect the soundbar using the digital optical output. The new connection is working satisfactorily. I do not understand why the TV's HDMI port was not working. I recommend the Geek Squad.

I always bring in the geek squad to help me design set up my system so that it works properly every time. No more problems about whether I’ve hooked it up the right way or not, the geek squad comes in to make sure it works for me and at reasonable cost.

My surround sound was an old system but he tried SO HARD and for so long to fix it. He was there for hours but it could not be fixed. He ended up selling me a new audio system for less than $200 which is fine. Not surround sound but the sound is good.

Had my tv wall mounted and as a total tech member,wall mounting was free,so they also connected my new a7000 soundbar and sw5 subwoofer.Very professional service.

Justus and Nick hooked up my sound bar to my cable and Directv.......their service was very professional and they took the time to explain it to me

My two guys set up my audio system and it sounds awesome! When any action scenes come on, I feel like I'm right there in the movie. My surround sound system never sounded like this before. 5 stars guys and thanks.....

My cats accidently disconnected my Yamaha surround sound system by chasing each other behind where wires were exposed. Wires are no longer exposed so that should not happen again. My Yamaha system is up, running and sounding great! Thank you Geek Squad.

absolutely useless.... We'd already connected our tv and soundbars, but couldn't get the settings to work properly. But they showed up and said all they would do is connect the system. They couldn't do anything with the settings/configuration. When I said that isn't what I signed up and paid for, they told me that the $4,000 system we bought (which was put together by the store expert) was incompatible. Been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and have been bounced around to 7 different people....

Everything was good about them installing but I am still having issues using my volume with My T.V. controller!!!! It mutes and volume won’t go up or down, I want to use only one controller and yes I am still learning my new T.V. which is much advanced of course than my older model T.V. It would have been a complete & better service if they showed me how to use & program the remote with all these features it has... I don’t enjoy as much as I should be.. I adjusted a lot of things like color, picture, volume mode etc ..... I will recommend Geek Squad I’ve always had a great experience unfortunately not all workers do the same job or give the same services all the time.

Geek Squad showed up on time. They were professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. They explained how to operate the sound bar.

They reconnected the sound bar that had fallen. It took about 20 minutes but 2 of them to lift the TV and get behind it. The prior agent on the phone was very helpful.

I recommend them ,they are professional and respectful along with knowledge. Thats important. That's the key word.
