The agent made my sound bar sound SO much better! He was really nice and helped with some other settings on my tv that really enhanced the picture and sound.

VERY difficult to find, see, and operate the button selections. Overall sound is between fair and good, however still superior than the DTV speakers

Tech arrived as requested and performed service. He is friendly and well qualified to perform the service requested. Great Service I would recommend Best Buy Geek Squad for service.

I had a minor problem with my remote for my LG sound bar. Geek Squad member was a great help in determining the problem.

Geek Squad connected the sound bar to my new TV set. The sound comes out simustaneously with the picture and in truly dolby stereo sound. Excellent job.

For an unknown reason, the Soundbar would turn off, and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset. Same with Apple TV. Geek Squad trouble shot and did some "sleep" adjustments, so they wouldn't turn off.

The agents were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient with their installation of my TV, TV mount, in-wall cable chase, and soundbar.

We had a 2 item install that day, replacement of wall mount and sound bar install. I did over hear the tech stating one screw on the sound bar didn’t match up so he left it out! Coming off of shoulder surgery, the wife helped me and we were able to line it up without much difficulty and installed the missing screw. , overall they were on time and professional.

The geek squad did an outstanding job, mounting my sound bar and connecting it to the television.

The agents set up my sound system. They knew the best placement for each speaker. The sound is perfect. These guys were very nice too. They would not accept a tip and I feel they deserved one.
