Soundbar was installed perfectly and sounds great.

Agents Majestic and Corey knew exacty what they were doing while getting Us set up. Very Precise and knowledgable on everything they did and when the project was completed it SHOWED!!! Thank you Guys.

Geeksquad did a great job setting everything up for me. They were fast and very friendly. Definitely recommend the service! The only problem was with the Sonos app itself. I already had an account for some older sonos speakers that don't work with the new app, so I had to create an entirely new account with a new email for these new speakers. A big pain to log in and out to operate different speakers from the app.

For an unknown reason, the Soundbar would turn off, and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset. Same with Apple TV. Geek Squad trouble shot and did some "sleep" adjustments, so they wouldn't turn off.

The agents set up my sound system. They knew the best placement for each speaker. The sound is perfect. These guys were very nice too. They would not accept a tip and I feel they deserved one.

Synced my sound bar to my tv almost effortlessly. One less thing to worry about during my move into a new apartment.

Technicians swiftly synced my soundbar with new tv. Thoroughly explained how to change settings. Will get an upgraded soundbar soon.

The agents did a great job hooking up our Sony sound bar and programming it for us. They then showed us how to switch between the tv speakers and the bar.

The guys hooked up everything connecting to TV a receiver, then speakers, and center channel to that . They didn't leave until they tweaked the sound to perfection before leaving.

I was in desperate need of a tv so I went to best buy to find one. I found a tv and it works perfectly. I asked for suggestions because I do t know most of the brands. I was pointed towZrds an Insignia brand. This is a fire tv and works similar to my last Roku tv. I then arranged to have it delivered, set up and my old tv was taken out of the house. Then the two gentle men showed me how to run the tv. The color of the picture are great. The picture is clear.

My sound bar was not responding to the universal control provided by my content provider. The geek squad reviewed my connections, provided a solution quickly and efficiently. Thank you geek squad.

The agent connected all my sound bar devices and surround sound speakers. He even helped with additional bar that was not hooked up correctly without charging!! Love the Geek Squad
