Very professional and even when he needed a second helper he showed up quickly! Did a top notch job. Cleaned up after himself and even put furniture back in place when finished.

Geek Squad Associate Leo showed up as scheduled and changed out our sound bar in a timely and professional manner.

Geeksquad did a great job setting everything up for me. They were fast and very friendly. Definitely recommend the service! The only problem was with the Sonos app itself. I already had an account for some older sonos speakers that don't work with the new app, so I had to create an entirely new account with a new email for these new speakers. A big pain to log in and out to operate different speakers from the app.

Even that it would be easy to me to do by myself was awesome to have them installing my sound system - they were quickly and professional.

Team on 1/16/25 found Boise sound bar was defective and contacted Best Buy for replacement and scheduling of replacement time. They were superb and deserved A+ for their service. Relieved all our anxiety and concerns.

I was in desperate need of a tv so I went to best buy to find one. I found a tv and it works perfectly. I asked for suggestions because I do t know most of the brands. I was pointed towZrds an Insignia brand. This is a fire tv and works similar to my last Roku tv. I then arranged to have it delivered, set up and my old tv was taken out of the house. Then the two gentle men showed me how to run the tv. The color of the picture are great. The picture is clear.

They did an excellent job in connecting my SONY Sound Bar that works in tandem with the SONY TV. This sound bar works with and compliments my SONY OLED TV also.

Arrived on time, protective slippers on, knowledgeable, and shared information with me about what they were doing, and found problem and resolved it. Nice job and bright and friendly techs.

This sound bar works great. When a football game or a a special movie is on the TV, the sound is amazing. The installation team was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient.
