John and Steve mounted and set up the new tv perfectly, and connected it to the devices/speakers. Then John explained how it worked and answered all of our questions!

When talking to the agent prior to my appointment to mount my TV, I told him I had a sound bar that I also wanted to hang on the wall. He said we can discuss other options when he came. During installation, he told me about this sound bar connect system that hooks up to the TV mount. That way, the sound bar is not fixed to the wall, but can actually move with the TV if you adjust the position. I had an Ah-Ha moment. He just happened to have brought one with him! Needless to say, I bought it and had him install it. Love it! Bravo Geek Squad!! Thanks for helping out this technically challenged girl!

Job well done. Got here on time. The guys were very helpful with insight on exactly where to install in the room and how to navigate through all of the settings.

Everything works together. Tech came on and installed new tv and made all the connections and it sounds great.

Where is friendly knowledgeable, methodical, carried about the person they were, therefore to give him or her the best installation that they possibly could. Their soundbar setup was awesome. When we upgraded our TV, they switched our soundbar over to the new TV and changed the soundbar connection from Optic to HDMI, giving us to control the TV and soundbar from the Direct TV remote. This was a huge improvement from the optic connection which required the use of the separate soundbar remote to control the sound which was very inconvenient.

Geek squad rep went above and beyond. A true expert and we are very pleased.

The agents connected the TCL 75 series 8 to my Onkyo receiver. Connection via HDMI simple enough. I have pre 4K receiver with PlayStation 5 direct to 4K TV. Using return channel (ARC) on HDMI without video makes receiver setup complicated. Reading the instructions beforehand, explains they don't perform complicated configuration setups. Would have skipped the cost of this in my case if I'd have realized this ahead of time.
