.Agent connected soundbar and then made sure my Harmony remote worked with it and the TV.

Gives great improvement on the sound. Don’t have to turn the sound up as loud as before

I was especially impressed with the responsiveness of the total tech team who arrived at my home promptly to do a complete the sound bar installation. They not only successfully installed the unit, but provided value-added service to eliminate one of my remote controls bycan consolidating my Roku remote to include the Sunbrite television operation! I'm most pleased with total tech service.

Geek Squad Agents mounted and installed our 55" TV and connected the sound bar (optical cable makes this easy). They were friendly, informative and efficient. They completely cleaned up after they were done- floor (pieces and dust), wiped TV down, and removed all trash and boxes. They made sure to inform us of controller use and tv operating system settings and acclimated us to the overall tv system and sound bar functions. They answered all of our questions and it was well worth paying to have them professionally mount and adjust the tv and system.

Sound bar sounds great and base is nice. Perfect for my open living room.

hey what can you say... the Geek squad guys brought my TV to my door, installed it on the wall and even connected my sound bar to my set. I mean they did it all and all I had to do was watch... THEY ARE GREAT! Oh ya... they even connected my Roku box to the tv too and were here less than an hour or so. I use the Geek Squad every time I need help with my computers and they have even helped me with wifi problems so if you aren't a member yet you really need to join the Geek Squad!!!

The Geek Squad service was excellent. It took them no time at all to set up our sound bar.

The Geek Squad does a great job in setting up your complete system along with your surround sound. They arrive at the time they say they will be there and are very efficient at what they do.

The team explain how to operate my system and if I have any issues after they leave please call and they will gladly return or explain over the phone.

Our GS tech, Sarah, was incredible. She got more performance out of our QLED & Bose sub & sound bar combo than Inthought was even possible. We’ve never had a system sound so awesome.
