Jim set up our new sound bar and had to come back because sound bar had to be returned because it was not working. Then he had to come back and set up new one he was very helpful with all my questions.Hw made sure very was hooked up and working be he left

I was impressed they came out on a Sunday. Easy to work with but I think they were more used to setting up appliances than a sound system. Got everything figured out in about an hour so I was happy.

Geek Squad Agents mounted and installed our 55" TV and connected the sound bar (optical cable makes this easy). They were friendly, informative and efficient. They completely cleaned up after they were done- floor (pieces and dust), wiped TV down, and removed all trash and boxes. They made sure to inform us of controller use and tv operating system settings and acclimated us to the overall tv system and sound bar functions. They answered all of our questions and it was well worth paying to have them professionally mount and adjust the tv and system.

Isaac is great. Took short time to get sound bar, tv, and remotes in sync. Only 1 remote now. Customers need to realize not all techs are the same. Call backs are part of great service.

I was very very impressed with the Geek squad team that came to my house. They were very friendly and enthusiastic about their job. They wanted to teach me "a million" cool shortcuts and special features of the Samsung television that I purchased. The connection of my sound bar to the new TV was finessed and work until it sounded much better and was powered up immediately with the tv. Previously we had connected the sound bar to our old Samsung ourselves and we obviously didn't do as good a job .
