The Samsung Sound Bar works very well with my new TV. The quality, sound, and resonance of the sound bar is awesome.

The technician was at my house an hour and 15 minutes earlier than scheduled while I was out running errands. My husband was home, but I was disappointed not to be able to observe the installation, get a quick lesson on the Bose Speaker's operation and ask questions. When I finally sat down a few hours later to operate it, I encountered an issue. I called the technician on the number he left for questions, but he never returned my call.

Installation by the Geek Squad was great. They explained the operation and tested the performance.
