They fixed a wire issue when adding my sonos bar and set up to my phone app so all my sonos speakers can be managed via my iPhone. Courteous and friendly.

One of the best service experiences I've ever had. If the two technicians assigned to my service call for Audio system and TV set up are any indication of the employees at Geek Squad, I'd say they have a winner. They were professional and courteous as would be expected, but they also clearly explained any questions I had about the set up and use of the system so I was able to write my notes to use for reference after they departed. I feel confident that I now understand how I can fully utilize the equipment I have and enjoy it for many years to come.

The voices over the background sounds in sporting events makes me feel like I’m really in the stands. It’s awesome.

The technician connected the soundbar to my tv. I needed his service, because I needed to control the volume from the app on my phone. My remote did not support the soundbar. I would never have figured that out on my own. The $100 charge was worth every cent!

I wasn’t able to hear my new Samsung tv without this sound bar. It works great and now I enjoy watching tv

The agency removed my old video amplifier /receiver,!and quickly installed my new one, even though we had some problems with connecting to AT&T Uverse.

Geek Squad did a good job but the sound bar is still turning itself off . I guess they need to search harder for the problem and not the temporary fix.

Sound bar connected with HDMI to TV, sound delay issues when turned on TV. with my Logitech remote. Geek returned to connect Optical to TV, No more sound delays : )
