The crew had my new television and sound bar set up in no time at all. Good work and clean and quick.

I am successfully using my TV with the home system and have no echo or distorted sound.

The In-home sales manager & installers were phenomenal! Matt Kelly (In-home sales manager), & Chris, Connor, Cardell, & Yadi, (installers), were polite, efficient, accommodating, quick, knowledgeable, & friendly. They took pride in their work, a rare quality to find in recent times, & made sure that we, the customer, were completely satisfied & comfortable using the products, before leaving. These individuals should be recognized for their outstanding customer service!

I went with the geek squad with this install, not my first time using them. I did this because I wanted my Sony 65" 4K ultra to sound like it is supposed to. I wasn't disappointed. The geek squad was on time as usual and did the install with ease. My patience was not tested and it took the stress away. The guy knew his stuff and explained why he was doing things a certain way. He had my system calibrated and running in know time. He programed the remote settings for the best results. I did take some notes so when he was gone I wouldn't have any problems. Last but most important, he gave me his card and said if anything came up to just give him a call.

We love the Geek Squad guys who set up our soundbar. They are so good at what they do and gave us good advice on many things we have bought. They taught us how to stream and always answer every question we may have about technical stuff. They are also very polite and tell us our questions are good so we don't feel so dumb.

I have a new 4k tv purchase that I intended to synch with my Bose Sound dock, which is roughly 4 years old. I had been having some difficulty in activating my sound dock with my prior tv, which had been damaged during an electrical storm that gripped my area and was concerned the system was fried. However, the Geek Squad techs were able to reboot the system and sych the sound dock with my new tv, and since then, has been working perfectly. The Geek Squad technicians were very prompt, efficient and helpful as they troubleshot the device, and through their help I was able to save hundreds due to not needing to purchase a new sound bar to replace my current one!

The tech who came to our home for the set up of this product was extremely kind and professional. He was patient and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the service he provided. On time, too! GREAT service!
