After purchasing 2 VIZIO sound bar systems for our 2 new SMART TVs (all 4 of which were purchased from Best Buy; all 4 of which we are quite pleased), we liked the quality and ease of use so much, we replaced a Bose (!!) sound system with this VIZIO sound bar system for our large, theater SMART TV. The Geek Squad had mounted that TV and installed the Bose sound system a few years ago, and given the size of the TV and wall mount over a fireplace, we preferred the Geek Squad to install the new VIZIO sound bar for us. They were professional and EXTREMELY helpful re: us actually using the Smart TV functions — just days earlier, we had switched to streaming from cable service, and had never used this television as a Smart TV! Robert and Ryan were fabulous in explaining how to use the TV since we’d only ever used Spectrum’s remote (v. Samsung remote) to turn on the television and went straight to cable. I am certain THIS ALONE saved me hours of frustration during a learning curve!!!

as soon as the first one arrived, a lady, and i saw how she interacted with a horse on the property, i knew she was good people. eventually, thanks to traffic, the second arrived, a man, and they got to work trying to figure out the issue. they were very conversational with our family and made the whole time they were there feel like a meet & greet rather than simply business. they were knowledgeable about what they were working on and even made a few sensible suggestions for future reference.

The agents installed a soundbar, making all the required connections and demonstrating how it worked through the TV, through Amazon, and using AirPlay. They were efficient and quick but also patient, showing me what to do and then watching me do it. Great Service! AND called me back a few days later to make sure I could use soundbar the ways I wanted to.

Highly knowledgeable technician solved our problems with soundbar. And explained the issues we were dealing with with the issues with various sound protocols and got all the connected devices speaking the same language. Well worth the cost of the service. The technician was patient with us and took the time to explain why he changed the settings to fix the problems. Thanks for the great experience. I spent months fiddling with the setups and wasted a lot of time and only made the sound worse. In about an hour he fixed our problems. This is the way to go with technical problems.

Shawn set up our Sound bar. He was competent and patient with us. Very calm and knowledgeable. And, our Sound Bar is great! Maybe we'll add more speakers for surround sound, but pretty sure this meets out needs. The in home service was great. He arrived promptly. It was just right! Thank you.

Geek squad members, quickly connected it after mounting my TV, and it is wonderful to have the ability to hear my TV and music without having to run my volume at full, it has great range and the sub woofer adds a wonderful dimension to my listening experience

We purchased this Samsung soundbar to compliment our 85" Conference room TV monitor. Also a Samsung, so that teleconference participants could clearly hear video participants. The Best Buy agent provided an ideal and economical solution. It paired up well with the Samsung TV and is so easy a 60 year old could figure it out withou the instruction manual. Geek Squad was there to install bith units very quickly and proffessionally.

Tyler did an excellent job with the installation — he was professional, polite, and made sure everything was set up correctly. I really appreciated the way he handled things. The other installer, however, was unprofessional. Even though they brought their own shoe covers (and I also offered mine), he wore his outside and complained when I asked him to change them. He even told me mine were “junk” compared to his. That kind of comment should never be made to a customer. Overall, Tyler made the experience positive, but the other installer’s behavior left a lot to be desired.

The agent installed the soundbar, cleaned up previously existing TV connections, and demonstrated how to use the new system. He was very helpful and friendly and did a great job.

Sam the Geek Squad installer went above and beyond. When the 3rd party installers just disappeared, and our tvs were missing and not delivered by 3rd party, and Best Buy customer support said they'd have to reschedule install and delivery, I finally got ahold of someone who was actually trying to help get the job done today,. Our tech Sam was done for the day and was going back to his store to check-out, he saw all the commotion going on with everyone at that store trying to find our tvs and 3rd party delivery person, Sam offered to go to another more distant store to that had our items in stock and pick-up all the items that weren't delivered. Sam called us and told us where he was going, what he was doing and gave us an approx. time he'd show up and deliver 2 tvs, AND install/mount and connect them to sound bars. He called again when he had everything in his van and was on his way, with an updated time frame of his arrival. He was actually a little bit early getting to us. He then cheerfully went about installing and setting up on tv, and then the next, mounting brackets and all. He was professional, friendly, made sure we understood how the new remotes worked and made sure we were happy before he left. He went above and beyond.

My husband and I were totally confused about what wire to use and we had 14 wires coming out. We had to use 3 different controllers until the greatest Geek squad men arrived. Within 20 minutes they had it all sorted out and I now only need one controller.

The Geek Squad installers were great! They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They showed me how to operate the new TV and sound bar and were sure everything was working properly before they left. I was amazed by their knowledge of the technical aspects of the TV.

The person that came out to my house was extremely nice and very helpful. I wasn't familiar with the new LG Oled TV i bought so he took care of all the little fine tuning that was required to go with the Sony HT-Z9F soundbar i bought with it. I had everything connected and in a matter of about 15 minutes he had everything setup and sounding perfect. I couldn't be happier with my entertainment system now. A++

Excellent sound. Projects highs and lows with good clarity. It’s integrated with tv meaning only one remote needed.

My appoitment for installation was rescheduled 3 times before they made it out to my house for the install but I totally understand as they are understaffed. Was a little frustrated that the skundbar wasnt installed before Wrestlemania but once the installer came he did a fantastic job adjusting the tv mount so the soundbar would fit underneath it. He answered all the questions I had in a professional manner and was easy to talk to, very nice guy. He explained the situation with being understaffed and having so many installations to do. But the soundbar sounds great and I totally trust Geek Squad with all my electronic installations.

The guy from the Geek Squad was amazing for the return and exchange of the soundbar. The first one didn’t work. He not only did a great job installing it but setting up all the settings to work best and showed me how to use it. He was friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

The first time a tech came to repair the sound bar, it worked while they were here, but the next morning it was no longer working. I scheduled another tech to come out. He was excellent! It has been working just great since then. I think the young man's name was Keith or Keven? African American with a beard. He was professional, polite, friendly (which we appreciate!), and explained what he was doing. He deserves a raise!

Getting this wireless system set up was smooth and very convenient using “the Squad” Highly recommend using them to set up your new systems to get the best quality

The tech removed my old sound bar and installed the new one in a timely manner. Also provided some very helpful tips for use of additional electronic devices and guidance on how to change settings. The tech was very professional acting performing his duties.
