Set up was great, and explained all the new things we bought. I would not even try to do it myself, You want less stress, call the Geek Squad.

There is no way I would have been able to install and connect my new home theater system myself. The Geek Squad came in and did an excellent (and quick ) job, and made it look easy. And I have not had any issues whatsoever with the system since. I don't know why anyone would choose to install a complicated system themselves, and not have the Geek Squad do it, particularly given the relatively inexpensive cost associated with the service. What I paid was well worth not having the aggravation I know I would have experienced had I chosen to tackle the installation myself . . . .

The Geek Squad that came to install our New TV were great and helpful with showing us the different options on this TV. They also came and installed the Soundbar and we had a few more questions which they (gladly) helped us with. The were very patient with explaining the remote and channels we were wanting to locate on this Smart TV. They had it all set up just like we wanted.
