The Geed Squad were very professional and efficient

I never owned a sound bar before but it is awesome.

The Geek Squad agent, Jorge, was fabulous. He was the one of the best service representative I have ever had in my house. He knew or looked up how to hook up the sound bar with the smart TV and the Xfinity box, along with programming the remote control to open all by pressing one bottom. I wish I could ask for Jorge every time i need the Geek Squad.

This along with the woofer is outstanding . I’m so glad I decided to add this. It makes a big difference.

The agents were able to get my audio set up, but a minor error was using an outlet that is connected to a wall switch so if that switch was off, the audio did not work. The switch was on when they set it up so I didn't realize this until a few days later and was initially confused as to why my surround sound speakers only worked periodically. A new agent was sent out to trouble shoot the issue, but he wasn't experienced enough to determine the problem rather a friend was able to figure it out. Good job on the initial set up, but not so great for the agent who was sent out to troubleshoot the error.

The geek squad arrive in a timely and professional manner. They connected my stereo system in short order. Best of all they were courteous and friendly

the Squad lead recommended I purchase the bracket to connect the sound bar to the base of the tv...GREAT recommendation. It looks and sounds perfect.

The agents did a great job of installing my TV and audio system. They were very knowledgable and took care to do a good job to meet my expectations.

Dario the Geek technician had excellent knowledge and experience with setting up a Marantz and Yamaha receivers with our existing speakers, Blu-ray DVD's, Sonos Port, etc. in our media and living room. Additionally he reviewed the receiver, TV and Xfinity cable box configuration settings with me after he had completed setting up each receiver. I would recommend the Geek squad technicians for setting up home surround systems and TV's.

The techs were prompt and efficient helping me with my soundbar and proper positioning of my TV.
