The Geek Squad member Adam West with Texas Home Pros was professional and set the sound bar efficiently.He called to set up a time that was convenient for our schedule.Adam also helped explain how to use the sound bar changing the remotes to help us work the units .

The young man did an excellent job of installing the sound bar, it works great in my new 85 inch tv that I also bought from Best Buy and had it set up by the geek squad also.

The Geek Squad service connected my Bose soundbar in matter of a few minutes. Once connected, sounds great!!! Easy to connect to cable and tv.

The geek squad agent was well worst with the product. Installed sound bar quickly and appropriately. Made it work with the T V and explained the functions of remote control.

The one individual that was sent to attach the TV to the wall was very nice and efficient but the 65 inch TV required two individuals not one to place on the wall. I am 80 years old and i had to help him pick the TV up so he could hook the TV to the wall unit. Fortunately i was able to help but this was a ridiculous situation as i had to pay almost $300 for this service. It was not the service mans fault as he was experienced and very efficient and i felt sorry for him as he tried his best given the situation. I am totally satisfied with final hook up and connections.

Kevin from the Geek Squad came to install and set up our Sonus Soundbar. He’s the best! He’s personable, knowledgeable, and a total asset to your company. I bought a much cheaper Soundbar and he came to install that. He explained that I couldn’t add other speakers to the inexpensive Soundbar. We were thankful for his knowledge and we purchased the best Soundbar & speakers he suggested. He came back and fixed everything for us. We can and will be adding to this Sonus system to complete a total surround sound with excellent equipment.

The Geek service was terrific. He did the hook up of my Samsung sound bar and explained both the function of the unit and the differences between my former Sony unit and the Samsung unit. He was pleasant and clear in his explanation and really helpful in answering our questions. I love the service available from Best Buy. It makes both the puchase and installation a positive experience!

The two gentlemen did a nice job of installing the sound bar. They were on time and efficient in their use of time. They listened to my concerns and set the bar up accordingly. They were also polite and personable.

Wanted to ensure I got the best out of my new Home Theater System with new 4K TV and 5.1 Sound System. They arrived on-time, and were so quick and efficient at their job. System is incredible! Had an issue with the Sub Woofer, and they resolved it as well. Well worth the cost!

Tyler did an excellent job with the installation — he was professional, polite, and made sure everything was set up correctly. I really appreciated the way he handled things. The other installer, however, was unprofessional. Even though they brought their own shoe covers (and I also offered mine), he wore his outside and complained when I asked him to change them. He even told me mine were “junk” compared to his. That kind of comment should never be made to a customer. Overall, Tyler made the experience positive, but the other installer’s behavior left a lot to be desired.

The Tech and the entire service was excellent. They installed the sound bar and helped with some other tech issues. I would use them again.

We thought that we could just install the sound bar ourselves and found out that it needs to run approximately 100 hours before it can set up properly. Add a few extra external speakers and you have a nice surround sound system.

I appreciate the Geek Square setting everything up and making sure it all worked. They programmed my remotes and made sure it worked with all my extras - DVD player, Direct TV, etc. They unpacked the products and took the packaging away so it didn't fill my recycle bins. Very nice guys!
