Hooking up my new sound bar to my tv proved to be more complicated than I thought. The Geek Squad was very helpful.

Great guy's did a bang up job installing our sound bar to our T.V.

Sounds good. Better than without Price was high Geek squad worked well.

From the pre arrival calls to clean up the men were professional. My tv and soundbar are perfectly hung!

Being a Best Buy Total Tech Member. I have had The Geek Squad has come to my mobile home on several occasions to connect my home devices. Most of the time Free of Charge. I don't know who I would call to get my home devices installed.

The Geek Squad rep was prompt and worked hard to try to get my Bise sound bar which I purchased from you two years ago, to connect with the smart TV. He worked for about 1.5 hours and tried everything but was unsuccessful. It worked briefly but quit and did not resume. He even returned again toward the end of the day but again was unsuccessful. I gave up and ordered a new tv from you but changed my mind before delivery. Later I decided to delete the Bose app on my phone and reinstalled it. It immediately recognized the Bose 900 soundbar and now the Bose system works perfectly. The problem was with the Bose app. I am not dissatisfied with your service, your employee was sincere and worked hard to solve my problem.

The squad did a great job installing and calibrating our new sound system along with our new TV.

Not sure which review this is for as the geek squad has been to my house at least three times. Good points is they try and make you happy, bad thing is they leave a message on phone and tell you to call them but when you do they do not return call so that defeats the purpose of leaving message. If you are not going to do what you say you are going to do then do not offer service. also not sure why it always takes a week to get out to home to do service. from my buy experience to happiness with all the services i paid for was over a month. cheers

Excellent service. Easy appointment and the bar works perfectly. I can now hear the TV.

The tech did a great job of delivering & connecting the sound bar. The only problem was that the optical cable can't be removed from the TV. Had to take the TV to Best Buy, they could not get cable removed either. Best Buy did provide a cable at no charge, they did not want to try to removed the cable from the TV.
