Not sure which review this is for as the geek squad has been to my house at least three times. Good points is they try and make you happy, bad thing is they leave a message on phone and tell you to call them but when you do they do not return call so that defeats the purpose of leaving message. If you are not going to do what you say you are going to do then do not offer service. also not sure why it always takes a week to get out to home to do service. from my buy experience to happiness with all the services i paid for was over a month. cheers

The TV and Sound Bar Purchase so satisfied, However where the Rave reviews need to be shared is with Tandy! The service that she provided to my elderly mom was phenomenal , the patience and time she shared with my mom is amazing! I am so impressed as she did not hesitate even moved furniture to accommodate installation etc! Just a delight and Professional that should be recognized!

The Geek Squad agent was great. Exactly on time, knew how to fix the issue with the universal remote and got right on it. He was friendly, super professional, asked and answered a lot of great questions. He also made sure that we understood what he'd done and how easily we could repeat it to make all the elements of our home entertainment system work together. Really good experience!

Bill came over and got the ball rolling on our job. Because we built all hardware into a ventilated hall closet we needed to talk to equipment with my phone. Nate came in for install and did a very neat install. Wire ties, with wiring trimmed perfect basically a professional install. He set up Sonos app. on my phone and EXPLAINED how it all works. We will be using the Best Buy store and Geek Squad this fall to update a couple more speakers and help us with TV options. Great Job Guys!

The agent was very helpful in getting a new TV hooked up and teaching us about the different way to load apps. Unfortunately he was not able to get the sound bar to work and we thought we were going to have to purchase a new one. But I was able to do a work around and it is working fine now with the old sound bar. We do have to use alternative sources of remotes to access sound.
