I had the Geek squad install my Bose sound bar with the Sony 4k TV and it is excellent.

After the mess trying to get it set up in the store I was relieved to have the actual installation go well.

Great item to buy. I would recommend this to anyone. Easy to use and works great.

The Mediacom man disconnected my sound system when trying to replace my cable box and didn't reconnect all of the cords. I no longer had the beautiful surround sound that you installed for me. Your crew looked at the mass of wires behind my equipment and were able to reconnect everything. They were very nice, certainly knowledgeable, and efficient.

Geek squad installed my equipment very neatly and made awesome suggestions during the process

The agent was very helpful in getting a new TV hooked up and teaching us about the different way to load apps. Unfortunately he was not able to get the sound bar to work and we thought we were going to have to purchase a new one. But I was able to do a work around and it is working fine now with the old sound bar. We do have to use alternative sources of remotes to access sound.

We're really excited about the sound and quality of this product.

The sales rep did a wonderful job setting up my Geek Squad appointment.

The technician didn't use the inculded microphone to set up the system. He had done 2 set up on mono. I went back and set the whole system using the microphone and on screen instructions, I found 2 speakers out of phase! After a few hours it sounds great. I fixed zone 2 to 2 channels. I feel like I over paid for your service that I had to redue

The person sent to do my work knew what he was doing and I would use them again and again when the need arises

Crew did an excellent job of hooking everything up and placing things around the room to provide a full rich sound.

The agents installed my Samsung soundbar and did an excellent job.

This Soundbar produces great sound for both my TV and my phone!

The sound on the current TV's is at best fair. Glad we invested in a sound bar to enhance the overall sound quality.

Had the guys setup two pairs of speakers on my deck and in my garage. They did a great job. Couldn't be happier.
