My agent German installed the wall mount and mounted my LED tv to it. Very professinal attitude and did extra work to make sure our WiFi was as efficeint as possible. Improvement to Wifi is noticable when using the TV.

Yet again, the Geek Squad impresses. They mounted our 82" TV with absolutely no difficulty and didn't leave anything that needed to be cleaned after they left. They hooked up the TV to the internet and explained everything to us in everyday language. So definitely worth it.

I was very satisfied with the work ethics, mannerism as well as the professionalism exemplified by the Techs. Their performance was accurate, they had the proper tools on hand to perform the task, in my opinion, this speaks volume of the company( Best Buy) they represent. I was totally satisfied with the work done and I am enjoying the installation.

Geek Squad mounted my Samsung Q90T 85" TV on this mount - It is excellent! and the Samsung is Heavy (138LBS) but the adjustments on this mount can be made easily with a couple of fingers - tilted slightly down or swing it out to connect cables. Plus this mount is heavy-duty, for just this kind of TV 5 Stars!

I bought a 65 inch Sony TV was brought in by Geeks and unpacked, installed my old sound bar bought out side Best Buy without any fuss

I did need to contact the squad after installation for an issue with my TV. My call was answered and I was directed to the Samsung site. Hulu had been dropped from my choices on the TV. When I went to you tube, I found the solution to this problem was to hold down the power button to reboot. All's well now.
