Mounting great, connection not so great.

We have a new build home and cat6 wiring and it was installed incorrectly. We had a seperate home audio team home re-install tv correctly. The actual mounting on the wall was great, but the connection was a different story.

We could accept that but when they tried to assemble it, they were missing parts. As a result we were unable to use the stand and we had to get another one from another source. We would like the stand cost deducted from the total amount of our order and our credit card credited in that amount. We no longer need the TV stand.

They connected my external speakers and services/ devices and patiently went through the TV use instructions. They made sure that everything was working and that I knew how to access features. They worked efficiently, were friendly & polite.

The company called and text many times (probably too many) the day before. The service was very courteous, they worked quickly but not rushed. They put protective sheet down on the floor and cleaned up after installing a wall mount/tv.

What? I paid additional for the Best Buy service package
