The Geek Squad (Arthur and Lydell) did a great job of setting is up, it to the wall, mounting the 85" Samsung Q80C to it, and explaining the features..thanks fellas

The first installers were an outsourced company who incorrectly mounted the TV and jammed the wires behind the set (and fell down two days later. After contacting Best Buy they arranged for the Geek Squad to fix it. They should up on time. Talked us through the fix, rehung the TV, connected the sound bar and zip tied the wires. They were great. Would be 5 stars if we had not had to have dealt with the first poor installation.

We appreciated the professional and expert installation, including the extra time to answer our questions. The technicians were courteous and well informed. We’d recommend using the Geek Squad for any technology needs.

Works as stated, extends just right and the tilt is adequate.

The guys called me when they was on there way to my house, was very professional and installed the TV with my mount that I purchased elsewhere onto the wall. hooked it up and took the boxes and cleaned up there mess. I would use the Geek Squad service again. Well worth it.

Bryant and Eric did an excellent job delivering and installing our new 75" TV. They arrived promptly, mounted the new TV on the wall with the mount we purchased from BestBuy, initialized the TV, and linked it to our Xfinity X1 for controlling things with one remote. Very Highly recommended.

Patrick and his associates from the Geek Squad did a splendid job in setting up our new Samsung TV. They were, as usual, extremely professional in dealing with the issues around the Covid age. We felt safe and confident of them while they were in our home. They are welcome back anytime for sure!

I had an outdoor 55" installed on a concrete block wall on my patio and the 2 men that did the installation knew exactly what they were doing. They really made this job look easy and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable . I really think it is worth getting your tv professionally installed by Geek Squad if you want it done right.

The tech that installed our YV on a wall mount was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and considerate. He worked non-stop on the task at hand. Answered all of our questions, demonstrated how to operate the TV, and hooked our cable box and our dvd. Just wonderful service!!

I had two mounts, the original that came with the tv and another I bought that tilts. They answered my questions about how each would mount which helped me make a decision on which to install. They also did a good job with the in wall wiring. On time and good installation... couldn't ask for more.
