On two different occasions the Geek Squad have mounted and installed my televisions. They are knowledgeable and gifted problem solvers who are also handy with their tools. They courteously listened to my concerns and patiently helped me get everything set up correctly and the way I wanted it to be.

Installer knew what he was doing installing a 55" TV on our bedroom wall, and when surprisingly having to go into block behind the drywall wall, he just adapted to the condition, and changed tools using the correct hardware to attach the TV mount. I am very happy with the work that was done, and completed in quick order. Thank you

I purchased this service because my last Microwave unexpectedly stopped working. I had the Geek Squad service for that Microwave which allowed me to replace it with a new one. As a result, I purchase the service for the new Microwave as well. Glad I had the Geek Squad service.

Best shopping ever my Tv screen was good choice but some trouble at the moment with the instalitikn guy he took very long never brought someone else to help mounting at the wall need it me to help him do it all.

Needed to have two TVs mounted. Very professional and accommodating!

Had problems with old mounting bracket and ended up replacing it with a new bracket. It took 2 trips but they fixed the problem and we are very happy with the new TV. I have nothing bad to say about them and they are hard working guys with the knowledge of electronics I don't have.

The agents did mount the tv., however, a wire was showing and I asked them to put it through the opening so it was behind the wall. They were supposed to make a return visit to do this and that never happened.

The Best Buy Geek Squad came in and hung my 70 inch tv without breaking a sweat. They connected everything and my family and I have enjoyed ever since. They did a great job!

but was surprised that hanging it up over my fire place was a $200. charge. over the Premium install I paid $49.99 for.(reduced for having Total Tech.) Reg. price for install was $149.99 But the techs was very expert at what they do. Had it up in a hour, that included moving my bracket up for the bigger 65" tv.
