Installers were great! Ironically there’s an issue with the audio of the TV and Best Buy is honoring extended return date and exchanging for a new one!

The agents set up my tv, connected all my devices, and answered any questions I had. They made sure everything was working correctly, and took care of any issues that popped up. I was very happy with the job they did.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing our new 65" TV. They did have to come back a second time to get the remote and sound bar to work correctly with Direct TV. They were very patient, polite and knowledgeable about our TV and the sound bar.

The Sony OLED 65 inch is the best TV I have ever purchased in the last 25 years. The sound is as great as the crystal clear screen.

These guys were really friendly and made it to my confusing apartment location without issue. Before I could ask them if they wanted a drink, they were finished mounting! They took time and helped me set it all up and explained everything. Really a great service and worth it. Thank you guys!

Kyree was my Geek Squad rep. He mounted my TV and sound bar. He was fast, a perfectionist, and most of all very professional. He takes pride in what he does and is VERY informative. Excellent Team! We had the best experience! They mounted our tv and made sure that it was right and helped us with the setup of our device. It really helped that they were both patient and kind.

The installation service was well worth the cost. The installer was here at the appointed time and conducted himself in a friendly and respectful manner. He was very careful with what he did and respectful of our house and contents. He took the time to explain the new TV to us.

The geek squad arrived in time and did a good job installing our 65” 4K TV on top of the fireplace. They were respectful to f the property, wore bootys. They charged me extra 50$ for fireplace mounting which they claimed is advanced installation which I was okay.
