Guys were great came in did their job and were very friendly while being professional. Did a good job mounting the Tv even hooked my remote to work my google tv didnt know it was an option.

Great Service! They called a few minutes before arrival to give eta and arrived right on time. Extremely polite and mounted our new 65" tv quickly and efficiently. They even took off the box that the tv came in and all the trash that was in the box. No mess. Completely recommend!

I hired Best Buy to hang my new 82" TV and to my surprise the on line booking was easy and worked well. The guys that showed up were on time, clean and did a great job! I will use this service again. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that the TV is not flat on my wall, it's leaning forward due to where and how they attached the box to the back. If I knew then what I know now I would have had them put the box in a different location so the TV sat flat.

The installation crew was very professional, they offered suggestions that saved me money on unnecessary add-on items that I initially thought I would need. They were also very insightful on cable service options that also made things work great. Good job, the service and protection is why I go to Best Buy!

I recently moved and had to have my 85" TV remounted in my new house. People showed up on time, installation only took about 30 minutes. TV looks great. My only complaint is that they won't transport the TV, even for within city moves. I had to dismount it from the old house myself (unless I wanted to pay for two separate appointments) and rent a truck to move it.

Fred and his assistant were great. They installed everything correctly. Unfortunately, the mount recommended by the store staff won't support the tv. The tv droops on it's face. Returning the mount and will have Fred come out and reinstall the tv.

The Geek Squad team that came out to install did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how to use the remotes. Very respectful of our home no mess after the install to clean up. Very impressed that they use covers for their shoes. Have used this service before and it is wonderful to know that the quality and knowledge is still there.

Everything was up and running to my expectations. Removed my old equipment and packing from the new purchase.
