Professional, timely, knowledgable installation

The installation was completed in a timely manner. The technicians used multiple methods to ensure no debris, dust or materials were left anywhere. They also took the time to walk though all the features in plain english. Well worth the cost, great value for me.

Geek Squad disassembled my TV stand quickly!

So the agents did a re-do and disassembled the TV stand quickly, so that we can return it to the store for a refund. The agents have done a great job every time they have been to my house to install TV equipment, etc.

Knowledgeable and Personable Techs

I found the right mount but the install was still complicated by the presence of multiple outlets. The techs handled it in stride and resolved it in a reasonable, if not impressive, amount of time.
