Geek squad did a great job installing my wall mounted tv. Would have given 5 stars but they showed up before the timeframe and i was not home because of this, i was bumped to a later time. I had requested a phone call when they were heading to my home but did not receive one.

The people themselves were really nice but they weren't helpful with the exact placement. I'm glad I spent the time BEFORE they showed up to figure out exactly where to place it. Communication was good...letting me know when they're arriving. I think it's mounted slightly off but I only notice it ever so slightly looking at it from the front.

The geek squad team was on time and called prior to arrival. No interruption to our business as the service was completed at our store. Technicians were very friendly and patient.

Wilfredo is a beast! He was on time, communicated before his arrival. He explained through the process what was being done and why certain things were important. Collin came a little after and assisted with the rest of the install with knowledge and suggestions. I will use this service again and again for the cost!

No issues as usual Geek squad installe not one but two.

The agents mounted the TV and got the cable in the wall. The salesman told us they could run the power in the wall as well but that was not the case. We will need to hire an electrician. Sales should have a better knowledge of what the agents can do. I was very pleased with the “Squad”. Great and knowledgeable guys.

The agents did a great job mounting my 70" TV and explaining how everything works. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Great Job!!

I purchased this mounting bracket from best buy in store from Mohegan Lake, NY store. Product was great quality, but didn't have a chance to use it because I moved from that apartment. I would definitely buy it again if I were to purchase another tv.

The actual installation went OK. However the whole process was very frustrating leading up to that. I had made an appointment (soonest available time was 3-4 wks our) that somehow dropped out of the system. When I got the email notification I called and asked about it, to which they told me they didn’t know why and that I would have to reschedule another appointment, which ended up having to be an even later date. The time window was noon-8pm. I told them that because of this change, I would be back at work by that date so it would have to be 3:30 or later as I wasn’t going to take off work for it now, so she told me she was putting that in the notes. Then, the night before, I get a message stating they would be here between 11-2. I called him back explaining that wouldn’t work, to which he initially replied that he wouldn’t come at 3:30 because he would then get home too late. Finally after explaining my frustration with everything leading up to this, he agreed to come at that time after all. Once they came to do the actual installation, everything went fine and took no more than 20 minutes.

tech was very friendly & knowledgeable. The tv was set up in no time.

They can in set it up all in 30mins or less great personal work ethics picked up all their trash and left

Very efficient and helpful. They also help me on a few other small issues.

Preferred not to mount 77" TV on my own. Geek Squad did a great job. Even recommended best height for TV viewing. Also showed me basics of using the remote.

The agents were at my home on time and quickly and efficiently mounted my TV and programmed it to go with my cable service. They were very professional and helpful and made sure I could access all of my services before they left. I am thinking about asking them to come and install my Ring doorbell and my smart lights.

We were very pleased with the job the men did in hanging and installing all the equipment for our new TV. We had them put it on the wall and they measured and did a great job and cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Couldn't ask for better work and also the help they gave to make sure we understood the new controls we had. Thanks Best Buy!
