The person doing the install was very accommodating to a change in my schedule, and was able to work around it. He kept me advised as to his timing, and was very helpful with the set up of the tv.

These two guys were were so knowledgable, polite, professional, and tidy. They showed up on time, took there time to make sure everything was done perfectly. My 77" Sony OLED looks awesome on my new wall mount...perfectly centered and level.

Geek Squad did great setting up my TV. It was a bit expensive but I am assured it was done right.

Main guy was very respectful and knowledgeable about the TV - Helper guy was having a little trouble with the screwdriver! Low rating is because they got some of the cords tangled in the arms of the mount which precluded the TV from being precisely adjusted on the wall. Discovered after they left. I was able to partially adjust the cords myself to mostly correct the situation but if I want full mount functionality, I will need them to come back out to correct the situation. They should have checked behind the TV and for full mount functionality before they left. Also, they didn't explain to me before they mounted the TV the limitations I had on how high I could hang the TV on my existing over the fireplace mount given the existing mount and the TV bracket hole connections. They offered no solutions to deal with the issue.

The two technicians were very careful with handling, unpacking my new 50" TV. They mounted the TV on the wall and cleaned up the entire area. I am very happy with their professionalism.

The mount that I purchased is going to be installed on March 13th. 2022 so it hasn't yet arrived. I was originally going to have the TV mounted on the wall, then I changed my mind. After seeing the TV on the stand I decided to have it mounted.

The two techs that mounted our new TV were super. They called about 15 minutes before they came, checked that they had everything correct and were on their way. The job went smoothly and my wife and I are very pleased with both the technicians and their professionalism.

Greek Squad delivered our new TV (Sharp 70") and installed it in our living room, replacing 55" Samsung which we had them relocate and install in our bedroom. Both installations were done in around 1.5 hours as mounting brackets were already installed and feel they did a great job.
