Very Accurate install. On time and cleaned up after.

The Geeks were excellent. They communicated well about when they would arrive and arrived on time. The mounting and set up went smooth and they hauled the old set away as asked. If I have anything negative to say is that they could have cleaned up behind themselves a little better but at least they tried.

Fernando and Andrew did a great job of making sure the TV was properly mounted on the wall, and they offered excellent advice on the best gear to go with it. A pleasure to work with!

The agents were quick in setting up our new tv and friendly. Our only complaint is that we paid to have our old tv taken away. After several phone calls and a store visit with promises to call, it is still sitting in our living room two months later.

Two very polite and professional ladies arrived ahead of time to install the TV. They knew exactly what they were doing and were fast and left no mess behind. They also recycled my old TV. Very impressed.

Danie was the greatest. He was neat, clean, very respectful of my home. Got the job done quickly. Showed me how the bracket worked. Set up my TV. Showed me how to use the remote. He even removed all trash. It was genuinely a A++++ experience.

I appreciate the efforts of the Geek Squad. Unfortunately they missed the original installation commit date due to one of the two Geek Squad members calling out that morning (I wasn't notified until the scheduled day obviously). This was very disruptive. They did reschedule quickly, but I felt they were rushed to complete the installation service given the lead accommodated by working on his scheduled day off.
