The guys were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the job in a very reasonable time and explained how to work everything.

After finally getting the appointment finalized things went well. They were calling my dad in Connecticut instead of me in California. After the first missed appointment everything was taken care of. It was smooth and quick.

The agents did not have to do much for the new 75" tv i purchased as we utilized my original mount, but they did some great organizing of all of the wiring we had. And when we wanted to move the existing TV upstairs to the master bedroom, they did a great job of mounting it.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job! Their communication prior to arrival was “spot on”! They were very professional and the installation did not take long at all. They also provided a great demo for both TV’s. Their cleanup was like they were never here. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to perform anyone’s installation. A++++++.
