Super Fantastic

He was very knowledgeable and when the mounting hardware was not compatible with the existing bracket, he made sure he secured the proper pieces to make it right. Great support and fantastic customer service!

Reinstalling a large screen TV

They also delivered a small bedroom size TV. They were very competent and did a very good and thorough job.

Remote Functions

Both Geek squads didn't spend enough time explaining the functions of the TV. I also made several calls to Best Buy to help explain TV functions that didn't understand or didn't know how to find.
