Geek Squad Justus and Nick did a great job installing our new LG 77" TV, plus running speaker wire under the house for my sound system. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, and we're very pleased with the results.

Wish I had understood the total tech purchase. Paranoid about calling in case you charge me. Still not getting anything out of my new printer even though I took it to Best Buy for check up. Had Comcast come since your visit to fix your help. Disappointed I was promised a free visit and threatened with much more in charges, and did not r Clive most of what I expected. Very disappointed and threaded. Did not buy the product I was promised

I purchased the package for the first time, I am recovering from surgery and am very limited and could not have done the install myself. The team was more than worth the costs and I bought the full service plan. We will see how much more value it presents over time but I don’t think I will have any regrets.

I had geek squad mount my TV when I first purchased it, and thought the service was great then. Back then, I was led to believe in the store that by paying for the highest service, they would move my TV to a new residence if I were to move places withing the warranty period. I when I did move recently, I called Best Buy to set the moving appointment, and learned the hard way that the moving perk was actually not a thing. I was disappointed, but still needed the TV mounted and set up, so paid once more for their premium service. I specifically described everything I needed connected and the fact that I needed my cables run through the wall. The person on the phone verified my order, agreed on the price, and set the appointment. The day of, my wife received the technicians, and was made aware the multiple of the services, such as running the power cable through the wall was not included and that, in order for them to be able to do that a separate service needed to be purchase. Additionally the premium package apparently did not cover mounting of the soundbar. At the end we traded not having the cables run through the wall for the soundbar, since calling geek squad customer service was a futile activity. I don't know if this is a practice to promote things that are not cover to get you on a position where you get to pay more money, but at the end I was very disappointment, and may not get geek squad services in the future. I've talked to friends that have contracted other companies just specialized in entretaintmet systems setup, which offer more for your money, and do not mislead customers. This was a miss on their part, because if that's how they treat their elite customer, don't wanna know how it goes for the common fellow.

Our experience with Best Buy service has been excellent. Courteous phone agents and technicians that came out were courteous and professional.

The two young men from the Geek Squad did an excellent job of remounting our 55" TV. They are fine people. The TV had been purchased two years ago and the original mounting was not done properly and almost came off the wall. These young men can come to my house anytime.

The guy complained a lot about it being an above the fireplace mount and threatened to charge me more. The original mount was installed by Best Buy also. The guy wasn’t as familiar with it and got upset that he put the TV up wrong and had to redo it and that’s when he started saying he may charge me more money. This was a horrible experience. He asked me who setup the service and I told him the guy in the store that sold me the TV. He just made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying for quality work and if you had to charge me more then fine but you didn’t have to come in my home and be a Negative Nancy the entire time.
