1st group of techs came out mounted TV and didnt mount soundbar which I paid extra for, They stated I was better off placing soundbar on top of ent center since there was going to be little clearance they also left TV crooked ( i wasnt there instead I had an over 18 year old adult there to let them in), 2nd group came out and said that the 1st team of techs probably didnt install sound bar because I needed a better mount so they suggested which one to buy, they pried off the newly installed socket in wall and they tried to clean up routing of cables and wires even hauled my TV box for me, 3rd group of techs came over was able to mount sound bar, straightened out the TV but said that they couldnt run wires behind wall because previous team had snapped off tabs for the $79 outlet that I paid for. No one from Best Buy has returned my call since. The geek squad jobs get outsourced to contractors and no real QC from Geek Squad/ Best Buy. If you call or need something you better have a plethora of time to ait on hold and to try and get through geek squads customer service lime. Highly dissapointed!

Best Buy is the absolute BEST. They understand how to take care of their customers, and I won't buy any electronics or appliances anywhere else. Being a TotalTech member is the best $199 I ever spent. These guys get it done!

The Geek Squad technician quickly diagnosed the issue. He also arrived early so I didn't need to wait for a long time before he came. I was disappointed only in my Samsung TV, which didn't have enough HDMI ports to accommodate my Amazon Fire.

The mounting was efficient and beautiful. hangs nicely. It would be nice if the installer could have helped me set up streaming for paramount +(which I have) and nbc peacock (which i want)

Geek Squad employees was great and very nice. They were promptly on time and did not take very long at all. They removed and replaced a old tv bracket and mounted my new 65 inch tv…..Thanks Geek Squad.

The natal of the mount and TV went smooth and looks great on my inset wall. Unfortunately, we were the last stop of the day and it was late in the evening so the crew couldn’t calibrate the new TV. Watched a YouTube video and it looks excellent.

The two representatives did an excellent job mounting the TV and showing us how to navigate the software. They were patient in showing a couple of old geezers how to operate a smart TV. We thought service like this had gone the way of the dinosaurs.

Raymond and his partner did excellent job of switching out returned and installed new TV . They very knowledgeable and great instructions on the new TV.

This was installation of a present television. "Because of it's age (10 years) it required a special wall mount. It took some time to order and get the correct mount, However, once it finally arrived, the installation was done very professionally. Aaron was extremely helpful, neat and polite. I was very pleased with his service.

The people from the Geek Squad are awesome. They are fast and knowledgeable and so ready to help once their delivery and install is finished. They showed me how to set up the apps that I wanted on the TV and how to use the remote.
