The Geek Squad team that came over was very professional, thorough and did a fantastic job setting everything up. Everything they did was tidy, they zip tied excess cords and frankly did better then I expected. I would recommend to anyone who needs basic services.

The team that came to install the tv were great and explained everything as they installed the tv.

After an initial scheduling experience that was terrible due to the disconnect between online scheduling + phone and chat agents + the local Geek Squad members, it was refreshing to have these agents who were friendly and efficient.

Always a great experience with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. They even found out my old tv was damaged and helped me rebook an appointment ASAP with new tv purchase on the spot.

Our fireplace has tile where I wanted the TV mounted and I was nervous about drilling and potentially breaking one. The guys did a great job and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend using Geek Squad for a difficult mounting location!

The Geek Squad that came to our home did a fantastic job of replacing our TV mount and then doing the complete install of our 75" TV. The TV had already been sent here, so the entire project took a little over an hour, and they took all the boxes, etc with them. Great Job !!!!!

Great service. The technician was right on time and did a great job of swapping my old and new TVs. He even routed all my chords to be hidden from view in my entertainment center.

Best Buy geek squad crew did a great job of installing

i Needed to install my tv mounting bracket. I checked into the options Best Buy has for installation. Since I have geek squad service, it was at a discount and a very reasonable price. The installation only took 15 min. The rep was quick and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.

Great job ... very experienced expert working on the job who knew exactly what the challenges were for an over the door mount in our master bedroom. Fast, efficent, and excellent workmanship.

They did a great job! They were supposed to follow up on how to get the portrait mode to stay on and I have not heard back from them. This is really disappointing as this is why I bought this TV.

The crew kept me posted with regards to my appointment time. They came in and set everything up perfectly. They took the time to explain what they were doing and suggested a better location for our soundbar. Would highly recommend.

Geek Squad does all my installations. I am sorry to hear they will be discontinued, it is my main reason I buy all my technology from Best Buy!
