Geek squad installed perfectly. Works as advertised.

The team that came to my house and put up the tv mount and the tv and set everything up did great. I couldn't have asked for better. I would hope that all the Geek Squad people are as good or even better then the lady and gentlemen I dealt with. Let me finish by saying WOW....

This is the entry level for Sony OLED and it does not disappoint. No complaints after owning and upgrading several TV's. For me, Sony outshines them all in terms of menus, cosmetics and overall value. This is a very sharp TV picture!

The installers worked very diligently to make sure my wife and I were happy with our new purchase. I was impressed with their performance.

Do not buy from Best Buy or Magnolia, and definitely do not use Geek Squad!! Geek Squad subcontracts installations to a 3rd party in my area (Philadelphia suburbs). The subcontractor called the day of my install and I had to fight with them just to get back on the calendar 3 days later. Day of install, the crew that arrived was rude and refused to measure anything and instead eyeball all the measurements. They scraped up my wall with my mount and installed it unlevel and too low. Then they left fingerprints all over the screen and failed to remove shipping films and padding. They also failed to route my hdmi cables correctly through the mount channels and even through my wall channels. They even stole one my new $70 hdmi cables. I bought 4 and they left me with three. In the end, this was the worst install I’ve ever experienced. The quality was extremely unprofessional and I’ve already contracted for a more boutique and experienced crew to fix everything. I bought an 83” Sony oled, Sony soundbar and matching subwoofer. This crew was at best qualified to install 42” tvs on a fixed stand. Not qualified to wall mounted anything, let alone any equipment of this caliber.

Charles and his partner were great. They installed my new 65" TV on the wall, set it up expertly, and even recommended a new center speaker that I was missing from my 7 channel surround sound set up. This was my first time with the Geek Squad and I will use them from now on.

The agents that mounted my tv are the best. They really took care of our tv as they were working and made sure our apartment stayed clean once they were done. They also shared some amazing tips as they were explaining main features of our tv. I was really pleased with the service!

They didn't cut right the first time to accommodate the mount cover, so they charged me an extra $50 to sloppily cut more. They charged me to fix their mistake and then didn't even do a good job! They left a huge gap above the mount, a large gap to the left and bottom. Now I have to pay someone to fix the huge gaps. If they measured correctly, it would have fit perfectly. The cable was not mounted correctly to the mount then the wall. He just attached the cable to the back of the tv, so every time we move it, the cable gets caught on the mantel and I have to move the cable. They also charged another $50 extra (both of these charges were after they did them, they did not tell us in advance that they would charge us extra) to put the TV box in the cabinet. I would not recommend them. The upside is, my husband was so upset he went out and mowed the lawn.

The geek squad installed our Apple TV and eeros to get better reception. We changed our Internet provider and needed an alternative provider for TV service. Our geek recommended Play Station Vue for TV channels and we are happy with the new service which is a fraction of the price of what we were previously paying.

We purchased a 75 inch flat screen and had it delivered, thinking we could get it up on the wall. Not so. Geek Squad came out within a couple of days and mounted the TV and did some basic set up. They attempted to do a neat job of putting zip ties around the cables, but we had to cut them because the cables were too short the way they left it. The installers were very professional and left our living room neat when they were finished.

Ricardo was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and thorough. He went over and above to help me.

Our last TV lasted 13 years so we spent a long time figuring out what we wanted so when it was time to get a new TV setup we were a bit anxious. Long story short the team at store and ten geek squad helped us find the perfect setup for us.
