The service man sent by Geek squad was very effient. Remounted our TV lower and hooked up our equipment. Very friendly everthing went very well

Our last TV lasted 13 years so we spent a long time figuring out what we wanted so when it was time to get a new TV setup we were a bit anxious. Long story short the team at store and ten geek squad helped us find the perfect setup for us.

The young man that installed our tv today did an amazing job! I expected them to come late but they were early and with a great attitude. Also called before they came and was respectful. Did a great job all together. He definitely deserves a raise!

This mount is an easy setup. It’s a two person job.

Installer knew various ways to connect audio between an AVR receiver and the Sony TV. Josh suggested connecting streaming devices directly to TV and sending only audio signals to the AVR. This, in turn, allowed us to send audio to a TV connector that streams the audio to my hearing aids. Very helpful!

The two Geek Squad members removed the old TV, installed the new TV and set up the watching apps for us. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The communication was good with reminder emails, texts and phone call. A pleasant experience.

Did a very good job installing tv and telling me about how it works and what they reccomended only thing that im unhapoy with is that the tv isnt mounted over the center of my mantle plan on calling them back out to see what they can do about it

The Geek Squad techs that were sent out were very professional and did a great job installing our 75” TV in the corner of our living room! They gave us their advice on the height they recommended but told us it was ultimately up to us. That was very helpful! They did a great job!

Installer did an excellent job Quick and efficient. He didn’ have much of a personality. I had to wait almost two weeks for delivery and installation. Purchased on 8/2 scheduled for and installed on 8/14 I find that unrealistic! Was told that due to all the construction of multiple apartment complexes here that installers are tied up with these importAnt “House Accounts” Doesn’t say much for us “Peons”

I was REALLY impressed with the Geek Squads installation of my new TV. We spoke about what I was looking to accomplish and they made very good suggestions. Once it was up on the wall, I was very happy with their suggestions and it was clear they had done a million of these.

The technician was neat, efficient. And thorough installing a 43 in. TV.

I called a schedule to move our TV and hook up the sound bar and dvd. The contracted agents got here and were very professional, but only had instructions to move the TV. It was a little frustrating that information wasnt relayed correctly. They were very apologetic but said they didn't have time to do anything else that was requested.

The Geek Squad exceeded by expectations in the install of my new large TV and the moving of the one they replaced to my upstairs Bedroom. They removed the Large TV and took it away. They also put together the new TV Stand for the TV that was moved upstairs.
