Service guys setup my TVs and helped set them up!!

The techs were fast, polite and extremely knowledgeable.

Outstanding customer service and extremely professional hanging the 3 TVs. Equally importantly, technician Jho helped me better understand features of my TVs that I didn’t even know existed and help me realize their value. I highly recommend the service.

The Geek squad makes any TV purchase much less stressful. They deliver the TV, set it up, and show you how to manage the controls as needed. The members were friendly and efficient.

Agents were awesome, very helpful and skilled with installing a large TV in a confined space with unusually spaced wall studs. My bedroom now resembles a small cinema. Sweeeeetttt!!!

They installed my tv quickly and connected my satellite dish and coordinated my remote so all worked very well.

Very fast and friendly! I forgot to add connecting my surround sound system to my service order, but they gladly added it on when they arrived and hooked it up with no problem!!

A flawless installation of my TV, mount, sound bar, and DVD player. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I bought what I thought was a long enough HDMI cable, but it was too short. No problem! They had the right size on their truck, and traded me at no charge. Highly recommend so that the installation is done right.

The Geek Squad was supposed to set up a TV stand that I ordered from Best Buy and then set up the TV on the stand, but the stand showed up broken so that couldn't set it up and they wouldn't take the stand back to Best Buy, we had to pack into the car and take it back ourselves.

Geek squad agent provided excellent service. Worked neatly, made sure everything was operating (and ,more importantly, made sure that I knew how to operate everything) before he left, answered my questions, and last but not least, hauled away my last old (tube) television-which was too heavy for me to lift.

The setup technicians were great. They took their time to make sure the TV was square and in the right position. Really good!

Guys mounted TV & Connected to devices, cleaned up

The Geek guys who set up my TV were great! They were very good at their job, knew what they doing and worked very efficiently. They answered questions I had. I would use this type of service again! Since we are not good at DIY projects, we knew we couldn't install the TV ourselves. Best to leave it to professionals.

The Geek Squad installation person who came was great " he was knowledgeable, payed attention to detail and installed the TV in perfect spot on the wall. He was quick and courteous, he even cleaned up afterwards and would have him back in a heartbeat if we get another TV.

The team who installed, mounted, and connected our 86” TV did an excellent job- they were professional and cleaned up after the installation!

Works just fine. Let’s pray it stays that way for a while:)
