They were great and very respectful of my home. They explained everything they were doing and walked me thru the whole install and set up. They were on time and didnt take very long to set it all up. My tv looks so great! I am so glad I contacted the greek squad. Thanks!

The third party agent, named Alex, did an excellent job of mounting my 55" television to the swivel stand I bought and in assisting me to set up the television and setting up both Netflix and Amazon Prime. I was very happy with the service and would recommend him to anyone.

I was worried about hiring to do something I'd normally do myself, but we got a BIG tv this time. The guys who came out to mount it did an outstanding job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to get it right.

Geek squad did a fabulous job installing our TV & helping us learn the remote. They were very helpful & answered all my questions.

Mount Crew did a great job setting up the TV and Sound Bar. Reason for the poor review is they did not clean up the debris from when they drilled holes for the brackets. I had to move the furniture away to get my broom and dust pan in there. Would have been so easy when they were installing to just clean up after themselves.

The Geek Squad was prompt and helpful in getting my new 70" tv mounted, connected and running, They were fast and out the door in less than an hour and this included explaining everything to this non-techy person!

Our technician, Kenny from Geek Squad, was the best we have ever seen. He was very prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with. We had him both times to install our TV's and mounts on the wall. I would highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone.

The installation went smoothly. The Squad removed my old TV and mount without damage to the wall. They placed my new mount and Sony Braiva TV exactly where I wanted, covering old holes from the previous TV. They cleaned up afterwards and went over the features of my new system. Thank you Geek Squad!

The TV was never mounted, and I’m waiting for a refund to be issued. The gentleman‘s name was Willis and he was very helpful but unfortunately the mounting was not completed.

Great installation, on time and thoughtful gentleman. Very attentive and through in his job. Appreciated what he a great job he did for my disabled and senior Dad!

Romel helped me pick out the perfect TVs and sound bar and the Geek Squad was exceptional at installation. When installing they were very polite and neat and did everything to perfection
