Agent mounted and hooked up my TV in no time at all, and even helped me set up my streaming apps. Top Notch service, she was awesome.

As always being a total tech customer, it was service with a smile. The were punctual at arrival time, informative, and done in less than an hour with mount and TV set up.

Perfect for corner mounting BUT extremely expensive.

The 65" Samsung has a great picture, the TV remote is greatly improved over the prior model. The Geek Squad were efficient in getting the TV mounted on the wall and programed for our cable and streaming services. Give the entire transaction an A+.

The guys were good, but they seemed like they just wanted to put in the minimum effort and leave. TV looks good and everything works. I just fell like I was not a priority.

The Tech Squad guys did a fabulous job of connecting all of the components in my new 65" Sony A80J OLED TV system. The work was done accurately, quickly and professionally. They were extremely helpful and courteous.

The gentleman that did the install was quick efficient and definitely had been doing this for a while. It probably won't be the last time i use Best Buy for installs. It is definitely worth the money.

Excellent experience so far. The install crew installed once and it wasn’t up to my standards or their standards. They came out again and adjusted it all! Seems to be sturdier and better overall!

They nevered programmed my remote properly, Dosent work and has many glitches

The guys hauled my old dinosaur TV away and installed my new SONY X80J in a matter of minutes. They hooked up my VCR/DVD player, but were unable to connect my old cable box. I had an Optimum rep come later in the week, and that was done too.

Tv was mounted and set up ran cables. It was fine.

The two guys that did install was very friendly and did a great job and explained everything well

Orrin and Thomas make a great team! This is the second install that we had with them. Super nice guys and true professionals!

The men who installed my 55" TV were on time and did a good job. They could not haul off the TV box because they had no room in their van. Funny, because they had room for it with the TV in it, but not after the TV was removed from the box.

Guys we're very knowledgeable and polite, heped in diagnosising stereo issues to tv and what systems where best for home theater system

The squad set up our large screen in about an hour. all was perfect. They explained how to work the system and controls. All boxes, Styrofoam, plastic bags we pick up and loaded into their truck and hauled away, They did a wonderful job.

Geek squad did not set up tv/receiver to communicate properly, Brandon did not appear interested in taking the time, and he is not welcome in my home again. Tv has been swapped out, and have another appt scheduled for the receiver & universal remote to be configured correctly. Brandon said my universal remote was too old, yet bestbuy still sells it. Again, shame on Brandon, he also said my router/modom was out dated. When i went to bestbuy for tv exchange & check into a new router... Bestbuy still sells the router i currently have. Brandon needs interpersonal skills and additional knowledge of what is sold and current. And he needs to complete his job

The agent mounted my tv to the wall and went over the function of the mount. The box was missing pieces so he had to come back to complete the job. He was very apologetic. He also had to clean up the mess from the other tv mount job.

The Geek squad is worth every penny spent on the service
