Geek squad were awesome. First time I used them. Won’t be the last. Great install and really friendly people. They Arrived punctually and did the job right and didn’t just rush through it. I waited about two months to review this job and tv is still on the wall and mount is well up on it still.

Great and quick service. Two members came opened the TV box, mounted the stand quickly. They asked my preferences and worked smoothly with me smoothly and provided an excellent service. They welcome questions, and comments and were willing to change the set up to fit well with my interest.

The Geek Squad team did a good job mounting my TV and connecting it properly, and they were professional throughout the process. However, I was disappointed that several tasks listed in the description of the "In-Home TV/Display Setup & Mounting" service were not completed. For the price of $249, I expected a more comprehensive service. While the basics were covered, I don't feel that the service provided was worth the cost.

The agent that installed the tv and mounted it was very efficient, extremely neat and was very professional. He took the time to go over the operation carefully explaining repeatedly as needed. We never felt rushed and was very happy with the whole process.

Quick, efficient, and (most importantly) knowledgeable. Set up a new 65" TV, Sound Bar and Stand, and gave us a demo of features. Made everything easy for us old folk.

The agents came in measured the wall… I wanted it one place and they advised me for better quality of viewing it should be in another place!! Thank God i listen to them!!!

Physical installation no problem but problem with wireless connection - turned out to be faulty Roku - replaced it and they returned the following day to make sure all worked

The techs mounted our 65" tv in the living room and did a fantastic job. Not only was the TV mounted efficiently and quickly we got a wonderful explanation of all the features the tv offered and how to access them. We had really great service - neat, clean efficient. We are very happy.

I purchased the TV installation service, as i could net get a tech during Covid-19. I have to say that Geek Squad is the best. Worry free and Seemless installation.
