The technicians that came out to mount my 85” Samsung TV and sound bar were amazingly quick, clean, professional and really good at what they do. They measured my wall 3 times before they started drilling and securing the bracket to mount the TV and sound bar. They did an outstanding job!

The Geek Squad agents replaced a standard flat wall mount that I had with a Sanus Elite tilt wall mount. Excellent service and install. Showed me the several different positions I could move my tv with ease. Set the tv up for me so that I had all the proper connections; HD cable, wifi, and channel updates. Great service the team member showed up on time he did not need any assistance when installing the TV on the wall he took very professional precaution when installing everything he offered to take off his shoes before he came in My Home. Very helpful, straight forward and efficient. This is an extremely easy process and the gentlemen who assisted us were quite knowledgable, polite, and respectful. The first thing they asked if shoes off or shoe covers worked. Cleaned up. Will never mount a TV myself when it's this easy to schedule.

The Geek Squad mounted the TVs beautifully and showed me how to use features. They also mounted my Bose Soundbar to one TV.

The crew easily installed the TV on the wall along with a sound bar. Very polite and easy to deal with.

They came on time, put on shoe protectors to protect my floor since it was raining, mounted the TV and helped me with the set up. They also connected the Wii and Xbox as well as took the empty box with them.

65 inch TV mounted to a wall that needed various viewing angles. The two Best Buy women who showed up clearly knew exactly what to do. Each had their tasks and they accomplished them so incredibly well all the while staying engaged with me and getting my feedback. I've worked in the tech industry a long time and dealt with many installers on a variety of products. These two women were among the most efficient, professional and knowledgeable I've ever dealt with.

Technicians really cared about the quality of their work. A nice change from the typical “get in, get out, get paid as fast as possible” that you see too often these days. Since it was such a large TV, they made sure to hit 3 studs when installing the wall mount bracket. I would use their service again!

The Geek Squad agents were great! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.

They are worth every penny!!! Don't hesitate spending the money. They know what they are doing and can install the TV and give you various options that you would not consider. Also, we have a complicated in-home TV receiver connection system. These guys were able to connect the new TV and recheck the other TVs in the house so everything was running on DISH. Oftentimes, we've had problems with the DISH techies and they have had to return. GEEK squad is fabulous and if you have the Protection Plan, the cost is truly minimal.
