Technicians were both great and efficient. They came in looked at what needed to be done, explained how they were going to do things and then got to work.

Geek squad installer went beyond his responsibilities. Balance & centered tv- then connected the cords into a surge protector. Anchored & re-cut cover for the cords. The original installation a year ago was not completed correctly. This guy- sorry forgot his name Jose? Was awesome!

The Geek Squad Team showed up on-time and had my 77" LG OLD TV installed in no time! The purchase did not include the wall mount, but they had a couple of options to chose (fixed/adjustable) from onsite. Got the adjustable and it works great.

I purchased a 75in Samsung TV which weighs almost 90lbs. I needed professionals to minimize the risk of a DIY wall mounting disaster. The Geek Squad measure, mounted and tested the TV installation and I have peace of mind that my TV won’t wind up in pieces.

I was surprised how well my installation crew did. I bought 2 mounts. They tried so hard to get the non-compatible one to work and when we gave up it was because the mount just was not going to work. Luckily I had a second mount that they had recommended and it worked like a charm. But this crew was perfect!

The team showed up on time mounted, programed the Tv and answered all my question concerning networking and streaming. They were GREAT!

Bought 85 inch TV and had it mounted on the wall by Geek Squad. It's works well but it is a little awkward to use. Mounting looks great and is very strong. I would trying advise not to doing this yourself.

Once again the Geek guys came through for me. This was the 2nd tv they’ve installed for me in the past 45 days and both of them look great! They even stayed around to show me how to work and program the tvs!

The guys who came to my house to set up my television, portable projector and Sonos system did a great job, everything worked and they gave me full instructions on how to operate all the systems as well as helping me download all the necessary apps that I needed.

The agent mounted my TV to the wall very professionally. He arrives at my residence on time and he cleaned up after his job was completed.

During March madness my 60 inch LG TV went out. I was hoping it wasn’t serious and just the power strip behind the TV. I purchased a new power strip and scheduled the geek squad to come change it out. They were very professional and efficient.

The agent mounted my TV and set up all my devices quickly. They worked with my availability and made the whole process stress free.

The installers mounted and set up the new tv and soundbar. But I cannot keep the sound bar operating and to come on with the tv with one remote.

This, if you have the total tech support, is worth it. The big highlight of this service outside of not having to do it yourself is if the mounting fails and the TV falls Geek Squad will replace the TV if it broke (and it probably will have broke after falling). Granted, it's not terribly hard to do yourself if you want to save some money.
