Best Buy/Geek Squad once again complete a terrific install of my Samsung Frame TV. This is another in a long line of Best Buy/Geek Squad installs that was first rate.

Alysia was professional, did a great job& a credit to the Geek squad. Removed old tv, Mounted new tv & Instructed us on how to operate tv.

The installers mounted and set up the new tv and soundbar. But I cannot keep the sound bar operating and to come on with the tv with one remote.

This team did amazing, came at scheduled time, greeted my husband and I got to work, made sure we were happy with the location and showed us how to move it side to side. Did amazing!

The mounting bracket works great with just enough tilt for my 82” Samsung. I would have thought you needed something more substantial looking. The intallers were great! They came in, no problem for them. Nice, neat install and cleaned up everything and headed out. And I had 50foot cable runs done in the attic.

Quick and efficient! Friendly customer service. They ensure you’re happy with their work before leaving. Definitely recommend!

This tv is amazing, so glad i got it ! Cant wait to change the living room to an OLED as well !

the agent dismounted my old tv, mounted the new tv, made sure it was paired with the remote control, and made certain i knew how to use it before he left! that's what i call EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I couldn’t believe how fast the technician mounted two TVs. It was just under an hour and worth every penny!

The agents installed my tv and set everything up for me. They were fast, very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Thank you for having knowledgeable staff.

Your 3rd party installers were great. They came in and successfully put all our ugly wires in wall. They were quick and clean. An added bonus was that they were very friendly and cooperative.

Had GS mount my 75" TV. I was too chicken to do it. They handled it quickly and professionally, and even did some tuning/optimizing on my receiver that I didnt expect. Likely to have them mount another TV for me.

The guys that did my install were great! They were super personable and respectful. I had a really great experience with the guys that can for my install. They were there on times ,?

The two men were very professional. They helped find the studs in the wall, double check before hanging the wall mount, mounted the TV, hooked up the cable box etc. This was well worth the price paid and would def recommend this service! The TV hung was 75".

Not happy about the cost to put my tv up. Best Buy charged $250.00. The mount was already there so all Geek Squad needed to do was put the tv up on the mount. The tv only cost $169.00 so the $250.00 charge was ridiculous..

The guys had a real challenge. They had to position a 65" TV in a hutch-like open back cabinet with about two inches to spare. I was afraid they'd miss the mark, but they mounted the mount to the wall and the TV to the mount perfectly.

The agents came in and expertly mounted ^ connected the new TV. showed us how to operate new remote.

Had a problem w/ mount provided for Oled TV. Tyler advised me regarding one that would work, and returned to complete the installation. He was careful to place 2 new Nests & OLED in ways that covered pre-existing holes, helped tremendously w/ software setups, and is super nice.

The 2 guys that mounted my TV were efficient and thorough. Once my TV was mounted and all devices hooked up, they explained everything in detail. I even got a call the next day to make sure everything worked properly. Friendly and knowledgeable!
