The agents were very respectful, and did a great job attaching my TV to the wall. Took only 15-20 min to complete. They knew what they were doing.

Justin and Chris did an excellent job. They set up my Wi-Fi and adjusted the television settings so I wouldn't have to try and figure it out. All I had to do was watch TV. They cleaned up afterward and took the empty box to dispose of it.

This is the second time I've used the Geek Squad, and both times I walked away saying "Great Decision!" My "geek" Anthony called before the installation to discuss it with me and was able to identify a potential problem I was unaware of. He resolved the issue and set up a beautiful 65" 4K HD TV. The techs were amazing; very polite, neat and efficient. They did a great job! Unfortunately they had no supplies on the truck from the store and they didn’t even have the hdmi cable or coax hardware!!! They were very apologetic but it wasn’t their fault... Best Buy didn’t send them with a proper truck!!! Very annoying!

When the guys came out to deliver and set up my TV they did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable. They did a great job and refunded me on the mount and fireplace installation upgrade since they were able to use my old bracket. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad!

The Geek Squad workers were excellent in their product knowledge and were very conscience with the care of my merchandise. They also cleaned up well and removed all the empty boxes and trash,

Joe showed up early, with my permission, delivered and set up out 75" Sony TV, connected it to out home theatre system and showed me all the neat bells and whistles. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very knowledgeable. A great job! Thanks, Joe!

This bracket does it all. Very sturdy and if the Geek squad can install it so quickly anyone can. The only reason we went that route is because our tv is very large and delicate. We didn’t want to take the chance of damaging the tv. Tilt features also on this mount.

It was super simple to schedule an appointment , definitely recommend the totaltech protection plan which i was able to get free installation for a 55 inch tv! otherwise i wouldve paid $150

Great team , very professional. They installed the TV and did the programming in about 1 hour. Money well spent !
