After a defective power on situation the installation Team came back to my home and replaced the entire TV. They did a perfect job and everything works perfectly. I love the Geek Squad!!!!

I bought a mount for over the fireplace of my new home. Turns out the previous owners had left the mount there but not the arms. The guys worked with that and credited me for the actual mounting that wasn't necessary. They also worked with an unusual wiring setup for the location. Excellent job.

The Geek squad(Joshua and Joe) came last Jan. 29 and installed my tv on the wall. They did a lot of additional services and went out of their way to get my tech up and running. They were eager to help me out .

Arrived on time. Very professional, well spoken, polite, clean and very helpful. I couldn’t move the old tv and tv stand by myself so the two men that had come for the wall mount graciously helped me out. My house was a clean when they left as it was when installers arrived. 5 Stars.

The 2 techs done a nice job moving my wall mount up higher & mounting the 65" TV. They programmed the remotes & made sure I was happy before they left.

The agents mounted my 2 TV. They were very nice, helpful, kind. We had a little trouble they stayed until it was fixed. I thought that was wonderful. They showed me how to use my TV which is a big deal because it's new. I want to thank them so much for the help.

The agents that installed out TV's were prompt, professional and went above and beyond. Not only did they install our preexisting TV's but connected them to the internet and helped install sound bars that we already had.

The Best Buy Total Tech Support team came through and installed our new 65" Sony Bravia flawlessly. Very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and knowledge of the team. Especially during the Covid-concerns, safety was a top priority, too.

At first I purchased a tilt mount, but the mounting holes did not align. The next day I exchanged it for the correct mount and the Geek squad team installed the new one in just one day. Kudos

I already had a TV mounted above my fire place. They attached the TV onto the existing mount - looks great. With that being said they said they didn't have time to mount my new mount on a wall. - not sure why I payed full price for an install when half the work was already done for them....

The Agents that cam to my house were awesome. They let me informed if their time of arrival, used booties on their shoes, made sure I understood what they were doing and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.

Smooth installation, no complaints, long wait window is challenging though

I had two different installations. The first was excellent on all points. The second fell short on setting up the TV and explaining basic operation.

Very professional and extremely thorough with the installation

The install team was punctual. They were careful not to track dirt in the house. They had to cut a hole in the wall and run wires and all of this was done very professionally and perfectly. All within an hour. I’m super impressed with Best Buy and their qualified technicians.

The Geek Squad tech was extremely helpful, respectful of my space and very efficient. I would ask for him for other installs.

They installed my new tv on an existing mount and tech did set up (including signing in to streaming services I have) and all features on the tv. Showed me all the features and watched while I found all of the functions myself. Everyone needs a Geek to work these complicated features on the 4K sets!
