Agent mounted my TV quickly. Also explained some features of my remote I did not know about. Very helpful.

I used the Geek Squad to deliver and install my 84" Samsung a few years ago and they were great. When we moved earlier this month, I called the geek squad and was quoted a price to uninstall transport and install in the new house. When I got closer to moving, I called back to schedule everything. That is when everything changed. I was told I would need 2 service calls, and they would not transport the TV to the new house, even though I purchased the extended, in home warranty. My son and I completed the uninstall in under 10 minutes, included taking the brackets off the wall. I then had to do the transport myself, despite being told Geek Squad would do it on my first call. So all that remained was the install in the new house. They asked me where I wanted it, and instructed them to center it on the wall. When they were done, it was off center and crooked!! The geek squad never used a tape measure or level, but rather "eyeballed it." This is an 8K over $7,000 TV, and they eyeballed it...! I ended up hiring another contractor to fix the issue, and another to repair the wall from fixing the geek squads mistake, In short, love the TV, very disappointed in the service. I would never use them or recommend again.

They were on time installed all items. I will use them again.

Best Buy delivered my tv and wall mount and easily installed both on my rock wall fireplace. Loos great and they cleaned up all of their mess. Made sure everything was perfect before leavings.

3 people showed up to set up our TV along with installing the wall mount. All we can say is that they did an EXCELLENT job and we are so glad we had them do this for us.

Th geeked square installed two wall mounts and two televisions. They were quick, efficient and were extremely knowledgeable. They were very nice and explained in detail what they were doing and explained how to use new televisions. Very professional

The guy from geek squad was the best. He was not able to put me tv up because I brought the wrong mount. He told me what to get and he explain to me went I couldn’t use the Mount that I bought.

Two installers came out removed the old TV bracket off of the wall. Adjusted the bracket to the new location for the larger TV screen. They were very professional, cleaned up their mess and set up the Smart TV's WIFI software giving me a quick review of how to operate the device.

They made it without any reason for me not to give 100% satisfaction.

Agents were very professional, did not only a great job mounting the large screen TV but also switching out the previous TV to another room. They also set up the remotes and got us ready to use both our new and previous purchase!

Best Buy came out and did a great job of installing the TV and cleaning up afterwards.

Really appreciate the Best Buy Teams help. They are always so helpful in picking out the right product to installing it. Looks great!

The tech removed my old tv and installed the new one. He worked quickly and had the tv up and running in no time. He programmed the remote so it’s very easy to use. He also gave me instructions on how to operate everything

Chris Willeford and Brandon did a wonderful job mounting our new television above our fireplace. They got us hooked back up yo DirectTV and showed us features on our new FireTV. We were very pleased with their work.

The young gentleman who delivered, mounted and connected my new SONY TV did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.
