GS mounted the TV to my satisfaction and did the initial setup. They also explained to me how to use the TV and remote

The two gentleman did a very nice job of mounting our new TV. However, since they have left, our soundbar and subwoofer works fine but our rear speakers do not work at all,

The agents were great, Install was quick and clean. The agents went over all the TV controls with us and explained as they set up the TV.

From the respectful coordination of the appointment, through the clean up up after the job was completed, I enjoyed the Geek team’s excellent service. Heads up call to keep us informed of timing. Configured the cable remote to operate the tv. Bravo!

Agents quickly installed the TV wall mount and connected the TV to it. They also showed me how to use the TV remote.

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of installing TV Bracket ! They also programed My New 55" TV, and were very patient ,and answered all our questions. I will use the Geek Squad on My next project.

Took a while to get a reservation but TV install guy came in time worked efficiently and did a good job mounting on walk thanks! Better to have it done right, by geek squad, especially if you have warranty !

The agent arrived on time and installed my TV professionally. After installation I noticed that the TV is not aligned. The agent patiently looked into it for me. Also installed the TV box for me.

We purchased a 55" Sony television to replace our 2 year old 55" Visio that died on us. We are very pleased with our new Sony. The picture is very clear and bright. The Geek Squad set up and adjusted our new television.

The ceek squad wad on time ad usual and then made quick work of unmounting the TV which had a dmall but visible defect near the top of the screen. Best Buy did this service at no cost qs the TV wad less than one week old.

Service was great. Techs arrived on time removed the tv from the box. Installed all the hardware for mounting and mouted the tv. The techs initialized TV installing apps. The also set up the remote.

The agents installed two TV wall mounts, mounted two 70" TVs, and got both TVs connected to building cable network. Then they disposed of our old, heavy 65" TV. Start to finish, including cleanup, was less than two hours. And they were slightly early for the appointment!

Installation was on time and very professional. They were in and out in about 30-45 mins. Explained everything clearly. Very good installers.

Very efficient mounting my 85” TV. I was not going to attempt to mount it myself as it’s also above a fireplace. They did a wonderful job and they were quick and efficient.

My TV was mounted above my gas fire place. Looks great!
