Two gentlemen showed up to install one TV, one mount, and to move one TV. They were so sweet, and very helpful getting us all hooked up. The fellow that stayed on double checked everything, and made sure we were up and running... Love Best Buy!

This was the best service. He called when he was heading over then was really professional. He was in and out, perfect T.V. Install.

Geek squad hung my tv and sound bar, they did a great job on setup, and very informative on speaker placement and sub woofer. I hope I get the same guys if I ever have a problem.

65 inch TV was well placed with no problems. Tha installer did a great jo c b and considerate of clients needs. Left with a truckload of gratitude for his assisrance.

The individuals came and did a great job. Laid it out just how I explained I wanted it. Then they cleaned up the mess took the boxes no complaint here totally worth it.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed our new 65 inch TV and sound bar. The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, were very professional and were very attentive to our needs. I have nothing but praise for the Geek Squad.

The picture on our tv is still lopsided. Geek Squad came, but the picture was good for a few hours then it went back to being lopsided. I tried calling GS again and have received no response. So disappointed in Best Buy. The manager has been helpful and I will call again this week.

Excellent!! Arrived on time, asked questions about placement and installed completely. Installation included setup with the cable system. Clear explanation of operating TV and remote.

The agents mounted 3 TV's and connected my sound bar. They were very courteous, respectful and talked to us older folks like we have a brain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I thought they were very thorough but quick in getting the work done.

The squad removed my old tv and mounted new one quickly and carefully. They helped to download streaming apps and were professional and friendly.

Technicians showed up on time. Started to work then realized they should have put the surround sound bar on first. They had to take everything apart and start all over. Trainee had to use our bathroom then continued to help technician. They had a difficult time straightening the tv. It’s still a bit crooked.

On time. Quick. Easy. Can’t ask for anything else

These guys were amazing! They did an excellent job of mounting the tv on a stone fireplace and set everything up on the tv. Took the time to show me how to work everything. VERY GOOD service!
