Made the appointment for the Geek Squad to install my new Samsung S95C, Sony HT-A7000 and Sony SA-Sw5. They arrived on time were very professional. They installed, set up, answered all my questions and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a big screen home theatre system.

Took extra care to protect my tv while installing. Help with tv setup and remote setup. Very knowledgeable about what they were doing. And the worked with a smile. Pleasant experience

Geek Squad did a fantastic job mounting my television even though I went 2 weeks of not getting television corrected, but over all they did a fantastic job

They sent a text message the day before with a time frame of 8:30-12:30 . They got here at 9:00am. Jason was one of the installers with another worker. They did great work hung the tv connected what needed to be connected and cleaned up any mess made which was minimal.

The team that came to my home were professional, set things up right the first time, and made sure that it was done right! With there work I am satisfied that I will not have to worry about this set up falling apart.

They were efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient!!! Very qualified for the job. They cleaned up boxes and paper afterwards. Set up TV channels, and sound system. Showed us how to access the apps on the TV.

Love the TV. It is wall mounted. The first team did not install it correctly but the second team did a fantastic job! We are very pleased.

The technicians installed my television quickly and flawlessly. They took extra care to work neatly and vacuumed when they were finished. They offered me a surge protector and hidden Verizon box mount that I had not purchased (oversight on my part) and charged me fairly for those. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. Excellent service. Five stars!

The agent mounted my 65 inch TV in a custom area flawlessly. He got it on the first try and came out great. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My experience was great!

The agents mounted my tv to a 2” cultured stone wall above our fireplace. Although the electrical box prevented use of the telescoping mount I had purchased, they were able to successfully substitute a full motion mount.

What a great, smooth experience we had with our Geek Squad appointment. They arrived a little early, were extremely neat, answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain the positioning of the tv mount, had us sit and get the feel best for us. The product is just what we wanted, it doesn't stick out too much but yet has adjustments that let you move the set if need be. We are thinking of doing the same in a different room and would request the same team again.

Must say it was an easy installation. They came very early in the morning and installed my 65 Inch Television just in time for my house warming party that evening.Walked through step by step how to use the streaming device as well. Great work guys -much appreciated!!
